From check-in to departure, we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant throughout our visit and seemed to go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.
No complaints and would certainly stay here again!
Very nice hotel and a great location. We were in town for a concert at air Canada center and hotel is very close. Room was clean in order and nice. It has a restaurant and bar in lobby. Check in and out was seamless.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights last week celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Firstly, we'd like to thank Keith Reid (no relation) for being so kind and gracious upgrading our room for us. Great view of the waterfront and CN...More

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
