I stayed here for three nights and I would stay here again. All areas of the hotel and my room were very clean. (I switched rooms after the first night.) I did experience a few problems with my rooms, but management was accommodating and in speaking with the manager after I went home, I was given compensation for my troubles....

Stayed a night for business. Very nice place. Rooms are clean, big, well laid out. Staff is friendly. Location is close to major downtown attractions. One minor issue took place in the morning when I attempted to shower. A loud vibration within tub and wall could be heard when switching water source from tap to shower head. Very loud. Felt...

Dear Valued Guest; Thank you very much for sharing your recent stay with us. Although delighted you enjoyed the service so memorable form our associates, and our spacious suites, I am disheartened to learn of the noise you experienced while showering. Our guest comfort and satisfaction is paramount to us, and currently in he process of investigating and rectifying this...

The hotel is beautiful however there are a few things to mention. Instead of the paying the $50 valet park at the corner for much cheaper unless you are not trying to save some money. The location is great as it is right around corner from Ripleys, CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. However it does include breakfast but be...

Stayed here recently for four nights and we were delighted by our choice. It has a great central location which really suited our needs. A very warm and helpful check in process and a room on the 20th floor with a view of the CN Tower and Rogers Center to boot!! Delightful room and well stocked kitchen area. We had...

We stayed for 4 nights and I would definitely stay here again. Every staff member we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room, with a King size bed and sofa bed, was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, with hot and cold choices. Other than the sofa bed being uncomfortable (and really, when are they ever comfortable?),...

Dear Valued Guest; Thank you very much for sharing your recent stay, and the lovely sentiments. I know our teams will be thrilled they made such a lasting impression with service so memorable. I am delighted our spacious suites provided a comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we promise to investigate the sofa bed mattress....

Stayed for one night with our family and would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with kids. Parking is inconvenient and confusing. There is only a valet option and one person working with very little space in front of the hotel to leave a car. We had to wait with 5 kids in the car after a late show...

I arrived fairly early so they let me have breakfast and put the pedal to the metal when it came to cleaning my room. So, that was nice! The breakfast was decent. Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
