We arrived with a 2 Bus load tour group. Tour operator booked these rooms after our original Hotel in Niagara Falls cancelled all of our rooms with only a few days prior to arrival due to water damage so they stated. Limited vacancy in mid simmer last minute to accommodate 2 busloads of families at any other hotel so this...

The wifi was fast and reliable. Otherwise this place was terrible. Small beds and filthy rooms. Room was filthy when we moved in and not cleaned in 3 days. Stains on the walls and sticky floors. Small towel to be used for the 3 days. It is a $15 cab ride to the last subway stop. This means you a...

Will definitely be coming back next year. Although I was charged twice at the end of my stay (was told by an employee...

Firstly. The condition of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The cleaning staff do a horrible job and will actually take your own cleaning supplies when they leave. Omg. The plugs only half work and the circuit breakers often trip which is a huge fire and safety hazard. As for visitors visiting students they make them sign in...

Fair value of the accommodation for what we have paid. The front desk staffs are very friendly. The Lobby and room are all clean and tidy. However the room service is not so good as the towers on the floor are not replaced and the bed is not made up during our 2-night stay. The breakfast is just so-so with...
