I have stayed here a couple times, it's very convenient to my daughter's place in the west end. The last time I stayed was due to my wife being at a hospital in Toronto overnight. The dates and procedures were changed at the last minute due to circumstances at the hospital. Margo was very good about helping me with my...

We've stayed in the Garden View room numerous times while visiting our children who live in Toronto. The central location, beautiful rooms and friendly conversation with Margo and Ziggy is always top notch.

I picked this B&B for the location (walking distance to a course at St. Joseph's Hospital). The neighbourhood is beautiful! It's within walking distance of lots of good restaurants (I recommend going to Dundas Street in The Junction neighbourhood), transit (quick walk to Keele station), and High Park (trails, zoo, restaurant, sports). I stayed in the Daisy room at 89...

The Ivy Suite at the 290 Roncesvalles location is clean and has close access to the TTC streetcars to anywhere; and local restaurants. A short walk to High Park and its zoo on a sunny September day is quite nice.

This was our third time at this B&B. We will come back again and again! This is consistently the most immaculate abode I have ever stayed at. Nestled in the beautiful neighbourhood of High Park and close to the Subway...it won't get much better. Free parking was arranged. It's easy and quick to get downtown from this location. The room...

Another great stay with Margo and Ziggy at their Ronncesvalle location. Always comfortably appointed, clean and well thought out accommodation. This location is stellar with everything you can think of right outside the door. Shops, restaurants, High Park and a short walk to the subway or take the streetcar. Our new favourite location to stay in Toronto.

Well, as for the "bed" part of the equation... All of the rooms are lovely and so well designed, decorated and appointed - even the shared bath is sumptuous and huge - a riot of marble - it's better than anything you'll find at The Plaza, The Waldorf or The Savoy. And we have stayed in all three. But the...

Our unit was amazing! Love the fact that everything is so well kept and clean. Convenience to restaurants and stores. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials of plates, pots, wine glasses.... Parking included.... What more could we ask for! We will be back!

Whenever in Toronto, my wife and I always stay by the park. We are treated like old friends, the rooms are very comfortable, and if you have a car, there is always a place to park! It is so close to the Keele subway station, who needs a car? The last two times we were there, we had to check...

It was hard to find a romantic b & b in TO. it felt like a lot of step above boarding house places. This is the real thing, nice staff, nice rooms, great location. No negatives. Free parking of you rent a car, but very near mass transit and not too long taxi rides to almost anywhere in the central...

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
