Great place to stay. Very accommodating couple provides great breakfast to get you going in the morning. Well restored home in a great location. Walking distance to metro and street car systems. So fun visiting with Ziggy and Margo.

We have stayed at this stately mansion/ b&b three times over the last few years and love everything about it. Margo and Ziggy are very accommodating, the rooms (gardenview) are gorgeous as is the facility overall, there is room to park and the neighbourhood is where you want to be..walking distance to everything including High Park. Clean, fresh and cute place - the hosts were very friendly and helpful - would recommend it highly. We stayed in the non-breakfast location which is across the street from the hosts' other full-breakfast bed and breakfast accommodation - which is beautiful with more luxurious rooms. Our choice was wonderful for our needs and fit our budget better. Both locations...

Perfect location for a family event nearby. We parked the car and walked or took the Ttc. Great, comfortable rooms and wonderful hosts. We have passed on your business card to several people. Will definitely return, better than staying in a hotel downtown. Enjoyed breakfast and interesting conversation with the other guests.

Stayed here while on business and was not disappointed. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable which meant I was probably more rested than if I stayed in a hotel. Margo and Ziggy are the best hosts. They provided recommendations for dinner....went to the Cubana for Cuban food which was less than a 15 minute wal...

I have stayed here a couple times, it's very convenient to my daughter's place in the west end. The last time I stayed was due to my wife being at a hospital in Toronto overnight. The dates and procedures were changed at the last minute due to circumstances at the hospital. Margo was very good about helping me with my...

We've stayed in the Garden View room numerous times while visiting our children who live in Toronto. The central location, beautiful rooms and friendly conversation with Margo and Ziggy is always top notch.

I picked this B&B for the location (walking distance to a course at St. Joseph's Hospital). The neighbourhood is beautiful! It's within walking distance of lots of good restaurants (I recommend going to Dundas Street in The Junction neighbourhood), transit (quick walk to Keele station), and High Park (trails, zoo, restaurant, sports). I stayed in the Daisy room at 89...

The Ivy Suite at the 290 Roncesvalles location is clean and has close access to the TTC streetcars to anywhere; and local restaurants. A short walk to High Park and its zoo on a sunny September day is quite nice.

This was our third time at this B&B. We will come back again and again! This is consistently the most immaculate abode I have ever stayed at. Nestled in the beautiful neighbourhood of High Park and close to the Subway...it won't get much better. Free parking was arranged. It's easy and quick to get downtown from this location. The room...

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
