Great location for walking to many of Toronto's cool neighborhoods. Parking was right next door and fairly cheap. Really friendly staff and hip coffee/bar area. The rooms are very basic, but comfortable, and the price is good. Had a nice experience and would return!

As a fan and user of TripAdvisor, I am trying to spend time on more reviews! I had read reviews of Hotel Ocho and found them really helpful. As noted in others review, Richard checked me and and was great. Very welcoming and through in running thru everything. Cute rooms (comfy bed) and fun little bar and restaurant downstairs. Had...

That's an amazing review thank you so much! Super happy to read that you were informed of the minor diversion for the weddings ceremony. Though we always post our dates on the website it can be jarring to new guests.

Getting married in downtown Toronto can be a stressful and expensive thing, but not if your getting married at Hotel Ocho! Its a hidden gem along the busy streets of Queen/Spadina. We had an intimate/boutique wedding experience and with Rish and Jamal (the dream team) planning and executing our wedding, our vision came to life. It was a very casual,...

We stayed in the King Room and found the design pretty cool. The location is perfect since it is near the Kensington Market and Chinatown. The only thing about the room is that there was no door to separate the bathroom from the room (making all noises pretty sharp if you know what I mean) ... And no fridge. Also,...

Really sorry to hear about the noise disturbances, we typically do hourly floor checks to maintain our standards. If you do stay with us again in the future don't hesitate to call reception, we're two floors away. I'd like to defend the food as well but it would seem your stay was generally lackluster. Not what we aim for

I stayed in this hotel for a short business trip while on a limited budget. I found it for a great price on Expedia. Overall, I had a good experience but I found the hotel lacked function for a business stay. Pros: - The room had a good layout and was plenty of space for one. It was clean and...

Great rating, comprehensive response to boot. We do have some shortcomings which can be attributed to our boutique niche, I'd like to say it's part of our character. You hit the nail on the head, we aren't your typical business trip hotel, happy to see you enjoyed our ambiance none the less

Stayed here for five nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel itself has a restaurant and bar on the bottom floor and then I believe two more floors above for rooms. Some nights when we came back, the bar was crowded but the noise couldn't be heard up in our room. Comfortable beds and a great shower. The hotel...

This small boutique hotel in Chinatown is very trendy with great art and decor choices. The rooms feature exposed brick and wood beams. It is a great choice for an overnight stay in Toronto and you are close to some great dim sum or can grab some espresso downstairs.

Funky little boutique hotel, with only 12 rooms, in a restored industrial building. The rooms are small but have high ceilings and large windows. The room was and had a good, funky feeling to them. The bar/ restaurant was very convenient. Glad we made this discovery and would stay again.

This was the venue for a family wedding and we along with other attendees stayed for the night. It is an old building renovated into a restaurant/bar and 12 room hotel. The interior has interesting exposed old timbers. The rooms have no dressers but are modern and clean. First floor has a bar and an area used for the ceremony...

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Our family had 2 rooms. One of the rooms had a queen bed and the other one a double. Rooms were clean and modern. Note there are no dressers.
