They just need sort out reservations in advance! If you know someone is staying then get the paper work ready!, The room was expensive for what it was, main TV was broken and bath/spa tub didn't work. The location is in a very creepy area,no shops or restaurants near by, the hotel doesn't provide food (except for breakfast) so bring...

Nice room and airport transfers but... Poor breakfast. Other comments about non existant customer service are true. It looks like you're nothing but a problem to reception. Diferences in invoices depending on clerks. Endless list.......expensive taking everything into account

The shuttle is next to impossible to find as they only put a small placard in the window. On arrival for the pre paid room my daughter was asked for her credit card to make a $150 security deposit on a pre paid room in a hotel that has no room service or amenities one could bill. She and other...

Pros: - Value for money was good specially because they had really great breakfast items. - Near the airport if it matters to you. Cons: - Bad service: firstly, before I could check in, the staff at the reception made me wait a long time while he was doing his 'paperwork'. We booked two rooms through booking.com, however they only...

Stayed here briefly for a night before an early flight out of Pearson the next morning. Was a reasonable price and room was comfortable and clean. Was not aware of $7 per night cost to leave car while away but compared to other hotels around the airport it was not bad. Unfortunately it was noisy in the hotel on the...

Stayed there for ten days in March. Found the Hotel to warm and comfortable in the middle of winter. A little expensive for what it had to offer, however if the rates were more competitive it would be a good stay. A little far from eateries and shopping if you are on foot. Was close to airport and breakfast was...

Somewhat desolate location is nevertheless quiet and certainly not as unfriendly or as filthy as everyone keeps saying. (I cleaned houses for a living, I know what a mess looks like.) No vending machines, but I managed a perfectly lovely Japanese dinner via Just Eat. Great bed, the heater works well and although the TV seems to be on the...

This hotel is very nice and has a fitness center as well as a business center for Internet access and free wifi for guests. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast left you wanting more as there is no meat items offered for breakfast but it has a great selection of toast, cereal and cakes with juices too.

Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Disappointed that hotel shuttle cost $10 per person and also that shuttle promised to pick us up from location that it dropped us off but never showed. Continental breakfast was decent. There are a couple bars that are in walking distance but not many food choices.

Stayed for one night whilst travelling back home, looked for something close to the airport, cheap and had a shuttle bus. With the name i thought it would be connected to the airport and of a good standard..... IT WASNT, so dont let the name fool you. Hotel renovation no where near complete, wires showing everywhere and half paint job...
