When we came in our room there was pee on the toilet seat, the TV was broken, the desk chair was missing and it was obvious that the room was not cleaned. It was disgusting knowing how horribly the rooms are cleaned and I will not be back.

We stayed at the Pearson Hotel from April 4th to 8th to visit our daughter who had moved to Toronto. We flew in, rented a car, so I can't comment on the shuttle service at all, since we didn't use it. When we arrived by rental car at the hotel, there were no parking spots. We were told to park...

However, when I arrived on April 4, at 7:30 pm , there was no where to park. I noticed dozens of the cars where...

Had to stay there because of a flight cancellation. It is close to the airport and it was the cheapest on short notice. The bathroom wasn't cleaned there was kind black hair everywhere in the sink and shower. Older style room, right next to the elevator. You could hear it every time it when up and down. Even on the...

We called around, usually using the Carlingview but it was booked up tight. "let's go here" I say.. "How bad could it be?"... Good lord. Now, you've gotta understand. My wife and I stay in 5 star super luxury hotels for vacations, but we are a hockey family who are well acquainted with cheaper hotels. We are far from pretentious....

Hotel staff rude, capacity in the parking lot is half of the hotel occupancy and had to park down the service road on the shoulder for the night. Came out the next morning with 30+cars ticketed by municipality. Asked for an extra blanket for my daughter and they hung up. After a second call 45 min. later it finally arrived....
