The hotel and room were clean, modern and efficient. The shuttle service took 10 minutes to get to the airport and the return trip took 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and 10 to the hotel. Very respectable. Will stay again.

We always choose this hotel for our stop over inToronto because it is very convenient. They offer free airport shuttle that is always prompt. The hotel is older but well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is directly across from Canada's famous horse racing Woodbine. So, if you are lucky you could watch a race. There is...

Booked on third party site which stated free parking... Upon arrival as others stated, we paid an additional $50 as they explained the website that promotes the stay is deceiving. Rooms were falling apart, trim pulled away from wall and carpet coming up. Was very clean but run down and smells like smoke in the hallways. Many other options nearby...

Good afternoon Chranimel You hit the nail right on the head when you mentioned booking with a third party. Unfortunately some sites will make promises that they know the hotels will not honour in order to collect a commission. The best rates or deals as well as guest service will always come from the hotel its self or the hotels...

Conveniently located within a short distance to the airport, the hotel with pool was well maintained throughout. For a one night stay and free parking for one week added to our value. Enjoyed some beverages in the hotel restaurant/bar and dinner afterwards at the Swiss Pick Restaurant adjacent to the hotel { same building }. European style menu with ample...

Reasonably priced hotel - we parked for the week and stayed at the end of our vacation. Had a beer in the hotel bar while waiting for the shuffle prior to departure and the shuttle service was at the airport five minutes after calling them on our return. Rooms seem to differ - ours was a larger room, but freezing...

We were flying in/out of Toronto Pearson Airport and needing to leave our car parked for the week plus a shuttle to/from the airport hence why we chose this hotel. We booked through Booking.com and what the fine print doesn't tell you is that the parking will be an added expense. At check in, the clerk said that our reservation...

Good afternoon Snowmanwindsor Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately when you book through a third party site the rate you agree to might not include all the amenities that you think it does. In order to avoid any disappointment or misunderstandings it's always best to book directly with the hotel or that hotel's brand site. With regards to the "extra...

We stayed at the Comfort Inn the night before travelling. Making the reservation was very easy and fast and the front desk provided the best service we've seen in years. Rooms are basic but comfortable and spacious. Pool is small and needs some updating - which apparently is beginning soon. Amazing value. At $140 with 10 days of free parking...

I stayed at this Comfort Hotel this past week. Check-in was okay, room was average. I played at Woodbine for a couple hours and then went back to my room. I was awoken at approx. 8am to a loud, blaring fire alarm....no announcement, no direction given by the employees... oh and I was on the 11th floor (of 12). I...

Good afternoon JohnKitchen17 Thank you for your comments. In every room of our hotel and in hotels throughout this province you will find instructions on the back of the entrance door on what to do in case of a fire alarm. You will also see a floor plan which identify the exits. . On every floor we have signs that...

It's a Comfort Inn hotel: a little run down, a little worn. The rooms are okay, and the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Pearson and across the road from the Woodbine Race course. There is a restaurant/bar attached. The food is okay. TBH I would go back. The people were nice and my...

Excellent stay. No complaints. Great continental breakfast. Breakfast staff is very good. They don't talk or smile but are always on top of things. They do there job well. I have attended many times and will continue to stay at this hotel.
