Stayed this past weekend with our young kids while passing through Toronto. The pool and waterslide are ideal if travelling with kids. Hotel was clean, conveniently located and well priced. Rooms and hotel were clean and up to date. Ate on site at TW bar and food was excellent although a bit pricey for pub grub. Would definitely stay here...

Overall this is a good hotel to stay at. The restaurants and bars were very good so you did not go far to eat well. The hotel will be due for some room renovations in the next couple of years in my opinion. Very nice looking indoor pool with slide and some deeper water. It was slightly annoying that there...

I stay at this hotel regularly for business. Overall I really like it here: fantastic Delta Privilege rewards (I'm Platinum level), great beds, spacious rooms and the yummy Sagano restaurant. That being said, some recent changes have been implemented that irk me. First is the $12 charge for parking. This is extra irritating as my corporate rate includes parking but...

I have used this hotel for the past three years for a tour group I work with. They have had multiple groups during the same stay, along with conventions and weddings and attend to us like we are the only ones there. I like the breakfast, indoor pool, spa and top floor Japanese restaurant.

Hotel was just okay but I grew up in the area so I did know what to expect when I booked this. I stayed here because it was close (within 10 minutes) to where I needed to be while visiting with friends and family but I'm not sure if I would stay here again unless the price was absolutely right....

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Scarborough
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
