The executive floor was so quite. The prime minister suite was amazing! The view was great, the room clean and many amenities. It was really a great stay and a comfortable sleep. The large jetted tub was a great feature. There is a lot of construction going on but it does not bother your stay!

Thanks for sharing your experience at the International Plaza Hotel! Were thrilled to hear you enjoyed the Prime Minister Suite and were able to take advantage of the great views and many amenities available in the room. There is construction going on at the hotel; which is a great sign of things to come! We hope to welcome you again...

Recently my wife and I sneaked out of town to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We celebrated on September 23rd at this hotel and enjoyed the hospitality while here. Pleasant staff and friendly room service from all who are employed. We left behind temporally, our kids and the hustle and bustle of life for a quick get away. We rented a...

This hotel is extremely dated. The tile in the bathroom is cracked and or chipped. The tub has mildew and our little shampoo tube was nearly empty when we arrived. It is close to the airport so I suppose if you need it for that.... We stayed for a convention and the hotel was packed yet there was no room...

Toronto hotels are pricey. We've saved a lot of money by staying at hotels near the airport and had no difficulty getting into the city centre for $3. We have secured 3 very good deals on Hotwire; here and also at the Hilton and Four Points. We found them comparable. There are free hotel shuttle buses from Stand S5 on...

Where do I begin..this has been my worst hotel experience yet. There was no help with parking, it was confusing because of construction. We ate at the restaurant/bar on the main floor and service was TERRIBLE. We had to greet the bartender because it seemed she was ignoring us, we ordered chicken fingers with fries, and a Spanish dip platter....

We spent the night here waiting for our flight the next day to Europe. They were not kidding when reviewers said you are on the flight path to Toronto Pearson Airport in this hotel. However, it was not too unreasonable. The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The staff was decent enough but not that knowledgeable of...

construction in front of the hotel, so we had to use the back entrance, no early check in possible, reservation was found after 20 min; room is very nice, we were in 10th floor and we had a nice view to all the lights and airplanes coming in in the evening, free airport shuttle, free internet, nice Japanese restaurant inside...

We had our bi-annual conference at this hotel and staff were great with the food and the service but rooms are in need of refreshing. The bathrooms are small and falling apart. Our room door felt unsecured -- thank goodness for the bolt once we were inside. Rooms are not very soundproof so if you are a light sleeper this...

The room spelled stale and as if someone had been smoking in it. Other than that it was adequate but dated in decor. The bed was comfortable. The lobby is more modern and appealing than the rooms. The entrance was closed due to construction so access was not easy. Starbucks is a bonus!
