I stay at this hotel often but not because its a great hotel, it is convenient for my job. This hotel has the potential to be a better quality hotel but as it is the hotel is average or below. The rooms are ok, somewhat dated décor, could be cleaner. The dining room food is average but the service is... More

We requested a king size bed, and were given 2 doubles. We were told that if we wanted a king size it would be an extra $40 per night. Arriving to the room, we found toilet paper in the toilet, and wondered if the room had been used after it was cleaned. Room needs updating (old tv, wallpaper). It looks... More

This hotel was just ok. Rooms are dated, with cigarette burns all over the carpet. Booked it on park, sleep and fly, but didn't realize there was no parking on site. The parking was about 10 minutes away. Front desk person was rude, with only one word answers or nods. We will never use this hotel again.

Booked on the park, sleep, fly website. Paid over $30 and got confirmation number from parksleepfly. Got to hotel, they had no booking for me, not sure who's fault it is. So they booked me in anyways at a rate of $119+tax. Not sure who I fight with to get my $35 back or just leave it?!? We parked, flew... More

I had booked 3 rooms and checked in at 2 separate times. Both times the staff was super rude for no reason. They couldn't find my reservation even after I showed the confirmation email. The rooms are not clean and smelled bad. It was far from the airport. I Do not recommend this hotel

I used a blind deal on Expedia and ended up at this hotel. It's an average hotel, with nothing exceptional but nothing really wrong either. On the plus side, it's close to the 401/427 highways so it's easy to get to Toronto downtown. The rooms were ok, what to be expected from a standard hotel, but normally for this price... More

Overall yea its alright. for what you pay for you get a room a bed and aplace to park your car for your trip, shuttle trip isnt long to the airport. They advertise free breakfast which isnt actually true. you have to pay for an upgrade of 30$ to get a free breakfast. (breakfast at true burger in the airport... More

I booked this hotel via Expedia's unadvertised specials. I was surprised that this hotel is considered part of the Airport East group. It's down on Islington and in the middle of nowhere, so you need a car or take cabs if you need to go out to eat or drink or hit a convenience store. When we arrived, instead of... More

My girlfriend and i stayed here for a weekend. it was the absolute worst hotel to stay in!!! the service was definitely not even worth 1 star. The side entrance goes through the restaurant, there is no sign stating your entering the restaurant. The elevators took a while to come to the main floor, and once we arrived at our... More
