Stayed at this location without having to use a car at all! Walking distance from the mall, China Town and also CN Tower. Their rooms were updated and clean. They have also an indoor swimming pool that is heated and they have the outdoor swimming pool connected to it that's also accessible year round. Didn't get a chance to try...

It was ok, not my fav hotel for downtown Toronto but was there for business so there were 10 of us staying. My check in was completed by a new trainee - she handled it fast and with a smile. I was on the 16th floor the room was ok, it felt like it was partially renovated but not all...

We stayed here for an awards ceremony. We live in downtown Toronto and I guess expected more from this hotel. The reception was a bit rude- the asst. manager was snippity and when we complained she blamed the whole situation on us and mocked my husband. They then offered us an upgraded stay but it was ONLY applicable when used...

Having spent a few nights at various Hilton around North America, I was pleasantly surprised by the Hilton Toronto. Smooth check in with guests recognition of HHonors Diamond status. We were allocated an Executive floor room and whilst the Executive Lounge was closed during our stay, we were offered vouchers for the breakfast at the main restaurant. Rooms are very...

A great location, easy access and parking, helpful staff and cool indoor outdoor pool. Always our first choice in Toronto. Close to city hall skating, on the PATH and quiet rooms as long as not near the elevator.

We came to Toronto from Niagara to see a performance at the Royal Alex Theatre. The hotel is very convieniently located a few blocks from the theatre. You could use the PATH underground if the weather was bad but only a five minute walk on the sidewalks. The personnel in the hotel could not have been better from the Valet...

We stayed for NYE 2016 and received the best services from the front desk to the bell hops! The bell hop even called down to assist in changing rooms because we didn't like the initial view! Would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here in early December. The rooms are very nice and there is plenty of room. The rooms are very clean and updated. The location was perfect. There is an indoor/outdoor swimming pool which was surprisingly warm! We flew into Toronto, took the train to the station down town and it was a very...

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
