Hilton hotels never disappoint...staff and service differentiates this chain from the others in their class...I highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travel...the location is also ideal for taking in everything downtown Toronto has to offer!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 December 2016

Hilton wants its guests to be happy with their stays & works hard to ensure this. From sending text messages & asking for guest feedback, they also try to right any problems. Although I was assigned to a beautiful room, it was too close to the elevator & would have prevented me from sleeping. After a call to guest services,...

This is a good hotel with much to offer. Nice rooms. Fun atmosphere. Good internet. Great location. Nice staff. So I'll rate it well. Stay there, you'll be happy. But I'll give you a pair of gripes in the hope that management will listen. First, the executive lounge - which is one of the most attractive I've been in, a...

We stayed at the Toronto HIlton on Richmond. 4 blocks to the EAton Centre made it easy to shop. 6 blocks to our event. 6 blocks to the Ripleys Aquarium. 4 blocks to the train station. Everything was handy and nearby.

I stay here often on business and have not been disappointed. The rooms are always clean and a good size and the hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is quite expensive but you are paying for the location and quality of the hotel. It is not out of line with similar quality hotels.

This hotel has consistent, quality service and staff who go out of their way to make sure the guest is satisfied. A central location for the downtown, with an underground path which is good for inclement weather. We had no difficulty walking to the Theatre, the Arena and restaurants. Ideal spot for a getaway or business location.

Adequate for a hotel. Poor-adequate considering the price. Best thing is that the elevators are fast and there's direct access to The Path. Prices in the restaurants, especially for breakfast is OUTRAGEOUS to say the least. Go out, walk half a block and grab Timmies for 10% of the price and 95% of the quality. Out room, especially the bathroom...

My husband and I took our 2 grandsons, ages 6 and 8. We had a beautiful view of the CN Tower and the city. The boys loved it! They also LOVED the pool. I thought all staff that we spoke with were all very polite and helpful.

Hotel is a beautiful getaway. The indoor outdoor pool was amazing, swimming under the stars on a cold winter night was an experience I'll never forget. Enjoyed it so much, rebooked for Hubby's BIrthday!

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
