Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.

The hotel is fine. Rooms on the north side have the best views. The biggest downside was the executive lounge hours. On Saturday and Sunday, it closed at 11 am. Even if they were not going to serve after 11 am, it would have been nice to be able to go and sit in the lounge an

Dear TripAdvisor Member, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always appreciate hearing from our guests – including places of improvement. We are glad that you enjoyed our Executive Room and we apologize that you found the parking price to be expensive. Parking service that is provided from the hotel is valet service with $50 per night. It seems like you were using third party lot that offers higher pricing. We hope to have another opportunity to serve you, if your travels bring you back to Toronto in the future. If there is anything that my team and I can do to Make it Right for you, please reach out to us at the hotel and we will be happy to assist you. Our Front Office team can be reached at info_toronto@hilton.com. Sam Kim Front Office Manager

Is the outdoor pool open and heated all year?
Yes it is! Rather neat to zip through the wall divider (no, you don't have to get your hair wet!) and be outside in the pouring rain (or snow!). Then zip back in and be cozy in the comfy lounge (wrapped up in thick towels!) Fun.

Is there an incidentals charge and if so, what would it be for a stay for three days? New to this.
There will be a $75 incidental fee deposit charged to a credit card upon check-in. If you don't use any then it will be refunded. Parking is by valet so there will be an extra charge and tip for that.
