I stayed for 2 nights recently for business. I found the staff to be conscientious. I did find my room to be noisy at night a floor below the workout room. I recommend ensuring the placement of your room. However overall my stay was pleasurable.
Big hotel with all pros and couldn’t find the common cons
Fab staff at check in.
Swift elevators getting us up to the room with a great view.
Super comfy beds and a bathroom that was sufficiently sized for us.
Water pressure great.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room seemed very quiet...quieter than most I've stayed in. Lots of options in the lobby for restaurant, bar, coffee. Within easy walking distance from many...More

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
