Was in toronto for 2 days for job. This place is perfect. Clean , value for your money, not too exensive on meals. The pool has an outdoor exit, really funny in winter. Bar is small but it is downtown, no problem finding another that suits your tastes.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel for business. This hotel is located at the heart of downtown Toronto with a view of City Hall (including the ice rink) and access to the underground tunnel leading up to shops and the Eaton Centre. Reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Room service was expedient and food was very fresh....

Have stayed at the Sheridan before. Love the location ...near the Royal Alex .easy to hop on the subway if you wish to visit other attractions in the city or get to the train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room gave us a lovely view of the city.It was clean and the beds comfy.

Spend the extra $60 and stay here when arrival in on a late flight. No amount of savings is worth waiting for a shuttle bus at 3 am in the cold. We were through customs and in our room 20 minutes later SOOO worth it!!!

One thing that I really appreciated at the Sheraton was that I arrived much earlier than my check-in time, but they gladly checked me in right away. That helped me immensely because I had to be at a meeting at 11 am, so being able to get into my room made preparing for that meeting much easier. I like the...

It was only one night, but the room was clean, conveniently located in the heart of Toronto and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Close to local theatres, shopping and Nathan Phillips square. Good value for the money.

Lovely hotel, what you would expect from a Sheraton hotel. The rooftop pool separates this from other hotels, it's heated and partially indoor and outdoor. When in Toronto on business I always stay here, it's amazing to take a dip in the heated pool outdoors in winter or in the rain.

Chose this hotel for proximity to the Royal Alexandra Theatre and was more than pleased with everything about it. Winter in Toronto and our room overlooked Nathan Phillips Square, where we could watch the ice-skaters enjoying the outdoor rink. Beautiful view from Room 645. Great restaurants available without having to go out in the cold. Will definitely stay there again...

Everything about this hotel was spot on - I was there for three nights for a conference, and from check in, to room service, to check out, and everything in between, all of the staff were helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. My room, in a quiet corner of the 10th floor, was large, clean, well-appointed, and well-lit, and the bed was...

I just loved it! Location is perfect. Food is yummy. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Didn't visit a pool and the gym but my friends did and they only had positive experience. I would recommend this hotel. :)

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
