My family stayed here at the beginning of the month. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was very attentive, and always saying hi and trying to help. The door men were helpful in getting us to our touristy stuff we wanted to do, and getting us cabs/pointing us to the right transit. Room service was always timely....

We stay at the King Eddie each year for an annual conference and are never disappointed. The rooms are spacious and although they didn't need it in my opinion, have been recently renovated and look lovely. The staff right from valet parking at the front door thru to room servers are very polite and hospitable.

Came here after being in a 5* Hotel in Bermuda, this Hotel was far superior! The location is excellent and the whole hotel was of a high standard. However, the highlight was the concierge Vanessa and Maria's Spa. Maria Spa was amazing and I had the best sports massage I've ever had their highly recommended! Vanessa the concierge was so...

Everything about this hotel rates very highly. My wife and I had a 3 night stay from Dec 1st 2016. From being greeted by the bell staff / porters through to reception and the cleaning staff, we were greeted with smiles and an enthusiasm to assist. We only required small breakfasts and felt that the prices were too much for...

The room was clean but a little tight. The comforter kind of lumpy but otherwise fine. The location great, near Hockey Hall of Fame, CN Tower, and Aquarium. Overall tho, the hotel was not as great as expected. Nice but I would chose a different one next trip.

What an incredible experience. It has been a long time since I have had this level of customer service. All employees were caring, courteous and striving to provide a great stay for us. They made an extra effort to ensure that on my last night when my 4 year old came to stay with me that it was extra special...

We stay here every year and every year it would seem that they are trying to out do from the time before. They were able to exceed even our expectations. We even had the opportunity to speak to a new staff member and asked how he liked his job and he was extremely excites to say this was the best...

The Omni Kin Edwards is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and room furnishings were very posh. The bathroom was big enough and the shower head was great. We booked a suite and so had a living room which was also spacious. It would have been nice to have a microwave and fridge in...

This was great stay. I was there for 3 nights, 4 days on a work trip. The cleanliness was fantastic. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it smells nice and is very warm and welcoming. There is a lot of attention paid to details in the architecture and décor. It feels very luxurious, without breaking the bank. Staff...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
