We stayed one night to attend a concert midweek at the ACC. While there was no parking on site, there was public parking underground right across Yonge half a block away. Renovations on the ground floor and first floor are still on-going but there was...More
This hotel was prefect for our stay. We booked the room on a Friday to stay for Sunday night. We were just in town for a Metallica concert. When we went to check in we found out the parking garage under the hotel was closed...More
I will admit that this hotel got me wondered several times. First, when we got to the hotel, there was no place for a car to park to drop the bags. Then when I came in, I saw the reception as a made up desk...More
Very freshly renovated room. Still smells very new. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms in very industrial style. Clear lines. Great bed. Many restaurants and pubs around. Can walk to metro in around 5min. Would stay there again!

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
We paid $20 to park there overnight. Although be warned - there is only about 20 spots here. We were able to get a spot but we checked in on a Wednesday and arrived earlier than check-in time. I would suggest getting there... More
We paid $20 to park there overnight. Although be warned - there is only about 20 spots here. We were able to get a spot but we checked in on a Wednesday and arrived earlier than check-in time. I would suggest getting there early especially if your stay is on a weekend. You may have to wait for an available spot, which could be a pain.
