The room was small but the staff are pleasant. The pool was closed for maintenance we were told. When we asked the two girls at the desk paused and looked at each other then one said it's closed for maintenance. If we had of known prior to booking we would have chosen another hotel because I was with my 6...

My Husband and I stayed at this BWP last night. It was a perfect stay. The rooms are spotless, housekeeping staff was amazing and friendly. Upon check in yesterday the reception staff was excellent. Very informative and super friendly. Our room had a huge comfortable bed, pillows were very nice as well. Good size bathroom! Room itself is quite large...

Stayed here for a night before an early flight and was pleasantly surprised by the covered parking (fits pickups and large suvs). Staff at the front desk is such a pleasure to deal with. Rooms were basic but nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Barely heard any planes or other guests. Quick ride to the airport in the morning....

This hotel is small and quiet and the staff are wonderful. Great hotel. Shuttle is always fast. Great airport hotel. Location is not the best but close to a couple of pubs that are within walking distance.

The Best Western Premier is right next to the Toronto Pearson Airport, which is great if your on business or an overnight layover. The room was clean, King size bed comfortable, and even tho its right next to the landing strip I didn't hear a single plane take off or land both nights. It would not deter me coming back...

This hotel has amazing staff, great shuttle service to the airport and is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is first rate and the hotel restaurant and lounge have some great meal specials for the evening. The closeness to the airport make it really easy to grab the UP Express Train to Union Station and see the downtown.

We stayed overnight prior to our vacation to Cuba. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Completely renovated and our room was great. Included in our room rate we were able to leave our car from Feb. 12th to Feb. 27th (indoors) while we were away. The room also included breakfast however, since our departure was very early in the...

Hotel is standard and clean. Beds are comfortable with even the sofa beds being adequate for one nights rest. This hotel is very close to the airport, and good if you have flights to catch. The front desk staff working on the night of March 15th from around 7-10 were extremely helpful! Thanks guys

Hotel served its purpose, just wish it was closer walking distance to restaurants (other than hooters). Also, we couldn't find a wine opener anywhere in the whole place, not even the restaurant. Beds and pillows are comfortable though. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs, otherwise the sound of the airplanes overhead may be troublesome

We stayed in the hotel and left the car in the parking garage while we vacation. It was clean, and the staff were excellent. They were very friendly, including when we returned and called for shuttle pick up.
