Exhausted from my drive to Stratford & subsequent medical appointment & not wanting to face the return trip in the dark on a foggy night I took advice from staff at oral surgeon's and went to the Mercer Inn for supper & overnight accommodation in one, easy-peasy location downtown. My appetite meager for days, the Gluten Free Mussels with most...

Mercer Hall Inn has that late 19th century exterior with a very warm yet modern restaurant interior. There are 14 rooms upstairs and the one we stayed in was plenty big, but still had a homey feel. The fireplace is a nice touch (albeit not a real one), the jacuzzi tub is huge, the bed is even bigger and exceptionally...

My Girlfriend and I stayed at the Mercer Hall Inn when we came to town for a show at the Stratford Festival. Check-in and Out were easy with very pleasant and friendly staff. We had no issues during our stay. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The location is great, right in town and convenient for walking to the...

The food was too salty for five us ....one person was compensated. The presentation was akin to food thrown on a plate. Small dessert portion spooned into plain drinking glass- unappealing . Wasted my time and money never will go again so many other places much better. Very slow service to top it off

Was greeted at front of restaurant by management for check-in, which was quick and easy. walked through to back of restaurant to access stairs to hotel rooms over the restaurant. Management encourages use of a back door to access the stairs to the hotel rooms. Note: 1 flight of stairs from back door to main level, and 2 flights of...

This is the most awesome place, and we won't be staying anywhere but here on our next visit! The Inn has an awesome ambience, amazing beer selection that includes over 100 craft beers, and a delicious and creative menu. The staff are wonderfully kind and see to all of your needs. The rooms are clean and beautiful, you really couldn't...

Mercer Hall is a relaxed and qwerky boutique hotel on one of the main streets of Stratford. The rooms have been recently renovated and have high ceilings. The beds were cozy with at least one feather pillow per bed. We were on the second floor and had some traffic noise from trucks passing by in the night. The hotel is...

Very nicely decorated this is a 14 room hotel, 3 storey walk up (there is no elevator). Room was very charming, warmly welcoming. Beautiful big windows which look down on the main strip in Stratford. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was very firm and comfortable.

The Inn's location is great for the local theatres and restaurants. They provide excellent parking with a little inconvenience for loading and unloading luggage. For those who have trouble with steps there is no elevator to the rooms. As for the room, it was in the back of the building so we didn't have a noise problem. The room was...

From the fabulous food to the friendly and efficient waitstaff this was one of the best dining experiences during my recent trip to Stratford. The menu choices all sounded so delicious it was hard to choose! I highly recommend the cucumber and cabbage salad as well as the fried rice ball. The flavors were outstanding!! Will definitely go back again.
