I've traveled extensively all over the world and I've encountered various types of accommodation both good and bad. When I read The reviews of this establishment I got the feeling that there are a lot of people out there who don't travel very much. People's expectations are high, maybe too high for the type of establishment that they're staying in....

I was both charmed and bewildered by this hotel. It is definitely not your standard issue chain hotel so if that's what you like, this is not for you. The beds were great and the linens were lovely. The bathroom was adequate for my needs and the air conditioning worked well. There was no decoration of any kind on the...

There were bedbugs in my room. We called the emergency-contact number and left a voicemail, but the manager didn't get back to us till the morning, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an overnight emergency contact number.

My husband used to stay at the Albert St. Inn back in his "bachelor days" but we haven't stayed there together until this past weekend. After a little research online and seeing some of the improvements being made we decided to give it a go. We figured, if nothing else, this hotel has the perfect location for everything we wanted...

One step above camping...there's running water but don't expect to have ice. Stayed in Room 215. The room was extremely small, the lock and door handle were not secured. When we went to use the shower, there was a blob of bloody phlegm in the bottom of the tub which was completely revolting. Toilet hardly flushed and the TV didn't...

We have stayed here twice. The location is great to all the Theaters. It is older, but has charm, if you want the fancy and pampered do not stay here. If you are looking for a great location with decent room it if fine.Price was right and we are average people who can adapt to most situations.

We stayed at this hotel on 11/03/16 and the experience was terrible. There is NO front desk staff after 6pm! We attempted to contact the emergency contact number with no response. Blood on our sheets and duvet and the TV not working properly (no instructions how to use the box; no local TV or cable). We had no where to...

We stayed at this hotel for valentines day, the first night we had major problems with the toilet not flushing and the TV not working. A teenage young man at the front desk tried but still could not get the TV to work. Front desk staff ladies were very kind and helpful and moved us rooms in the morning. Second...

Our stay at the Albert street in began on a sour note when we couldn't get our door open .We tried another room and we couldn't get that one open either. The third room opened and maybe it would have been better if it hadn't. The bathroom was awful. The tap at the sink did not work and the shower...

I took a king suite and was glad I did. The bed was great and the pullout good for my daughter. We walked to all the theatre and restaurant locations from the hotel. Parking is very limited, but there is a luggage drop area and many commercial parking lots within 2 blocks. 2 chocolate shops within a block are also...
