We attended a wedding held here in October and found it was a great choice. The ceremony, reception and pictures were all done here and they did a fantastic job. They banquet room was transformed into a classy and elegant place for the evening. The staff were very friendly as well. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.... More

We were wary to stay here after the mixed Trip Advisor reviews but were pleasantly surprised to find that our "motel" room - that is, our room in an elongated motel-like building behind the main building (you can park right in front of your room) - had been recently renovated to include a new Queen mattress, flat screen TV, fridge... We used to stay here regularly and recently returned -- nothing much has changed except that the paint and furnishings are that much older and more tired. After a confused check-in experience, we went to our rooms to find that they were musty smelling and needed a good airing out. The bathroom fixtures look like they haven't been changed since... Very underwhelmed by this "hotel". Stayed here for a wedding. It is more of a Motel, with many of the rooms exiting directly to a parking lot. The rooms were small and stank of cigarette smoke. And the walls were paper thin, which made it pretty uncomfortable when our neighbours returned home at 4 am. They offer a breakfast service... More

A great place to stay in Stratford when you go to enjoy a show!!! We stayed few times at this location, it is clean, comfortable and it is easy to get to all the theaters in Stratford from this great location. Had to stay due to a family emergency. Catherine at the front desk was so helpful and genually kind. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is hot and fresh. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at the Festival Inn on a few occasions. While it's a little ways from town, taxis are quick and affordable. We had a large king room in the back of the hotel off the main highway. It was very comfortable, especially the bedding, and spotless. My only negative comment is that the hotel needs a little bit... More

Had a good sleep and enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast. Lobby is a bit dated and dark but rooms are cheaper than other local hotels. The hotel charged an extra $50 . Visa said this was standard! I called the hotel and they removed the charge after 3 days. Do not tolerate this practice.

Although the Festival Inn is a few miles from town center, it is an easy drive to town and lots of parking available when you return. There were a few bus groups there, but no extra noise. The b'fast was ordinary, but had a variety of choices (only eggs/potatoes/bacon over heat). B'fast was FAR from room. Sleeping part of room... More

Hotel is huge with a confusing layout. I think it is the tall building roadside but there are 100's more rooms behind that in a long wing. The room itself was very clean although bathroom is 1970's style. The bed was comfortable and bath had lots of hot water. This is what counts. The pool area looks amazing but it... More
