This is the second time we stayed there, the first time in July when we arrived at 11:30 pm to a friendly welcome and again in September. Both times were great, the nice clean rooms, painted recently, laminate floors were well lit and had fridge, coffee maker and microwave. We had a room with two beds, 3 pillows per bed. Table and two chairs and a power bar for charging. The bathroom was large with a tub/shower. Ice available on premises. The owner is friendly. It’s on Trunk Road with grocery stores, LCBO/Beer Stores and other nearby. McDonalds about 15-minute walk up the road. Overall, very nice motel, stayed twice, will stay again if passing through.

We were immediately welcomed by a kind warm smile. For our entire stay our hosts always made sure we knew they were there to help. From tourist sites to restaurant suggestions the staff had our interests and comfort as a priority. Great price for a really clean room and this will be our stay in the Soo from now on

The man who checked us in was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! It looks like it may even be a family run business (although I'm not sure). He even very kindly gave us a free upgrade for our room which was a nice surprise! The room itself was very clean, and having a microwave and coffee maker was convenient. The air conditioner worked well and it was overall very comfortable with a bit of a rustic feel. My only complaint would be the pipes in the walls were a bit loud and woke me up early in the morning. But for the price, it's definitely worth the stay. This place is also within walking distance to grocery stores and fast food, and a short drive to Bellevue park and marina.

Once again, I was very pleased to stay at the Holiday Motel. The rooms are basic, very clean with everything a traveler could want including fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom supplies are very good quality too; natural sourced toiletries and good paper products. The owners are excellent innkeepers, abiding by all of the Covid 19 regulations in a friendly and personable way.

The manager and staff were so charming and kind. The manager was very helpful, offering to help with my bats, and made me feel at ease after a long journey. He thought to give me a room where I could store my bike for the night. He and his wife were available for any reason throughout the night and checked in on me the following day. The room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. All the amenities were as offered. The location is great for those heading back on the highway the following day. Overall a very restful stay.
