This motel does exactly what it says on the tin, I mean that in a good way. We spent one night here en route from Toronto airport to New England - the staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite and our room what you'd expect from a motel chain - functional and clean. The breakfast area was also really clean...

Nesha was the most helpful in many ways as we were new to the Toronto area. Even though we didn't intend to stay so far away, she made the journey easy by giving good helpful tips on travel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast adequate, with an easy on and off 401.

This hotel was one of the last places in the Toronto area to have a room available at a decent price when we called on the night before a long, busy holiday weekend in the city. We were expecting a plain hotel with basic decor and amenities. We were surprised to discover that this hotel is beautifully decorated, both the...

The overnight was bellow average. Very loud conditioner or no air to breathe. I also forgot to get my $100.00 security deposit back when I checked out. So I lost my money. I tried to call the hotel manager to solve the problem. No results. The comfort inn in Oshawa was the most disappointing experience ever.

Hello Bikubee Thank you for taking the time to do a review of our hotel. I would like to apologize for the issue in question. I can assure you that a cheque has been sent to cover the deposit you forgot to pick up. Unfortunately when deposits have to be returned in the form of a cheque the process can...

Well my family and I are currently still in the room, but only because our cheerleading comp at the GM center doesn't start until 9am and we have no where else to go! We have been awake pretty much the entire night as the itching, has been unbearable. When you walk on the carpets your feet, ankles and any uncovered...

I am so sorry that your recent stay with the Comfort Inn was not satisfactory. I was concerned by your comments and have personally inspected the room on the condition of the carpet, HVAC unit and bed. The carpet is new throughout the hotel having been installed in late spring of this year. As well, the linen is laundered with...

We were looking for a place to stay for the night while heading up north. The room was very clean, comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast room was a bit strange because the food was in a regular room and then tables were in a room next door. Breakfast was ok, the usual items nothing special but...

Have done a nice job of upgrading rooms clean, new flooring ,new fixtures in washroom and walls re - done. Rates are reasonable, compared with other hotels in the area. They offer a light breakfast and early enough to accommodate anyone traveling and needing to get on the road. Staff was knowlegable about local amenities.

The room was very good and clean. A hot breakfast was provided the next morning and featured sausages; scrambled eggs and home fires. As well there were muffins, a variety of juices and coffee. All of which, was greatly appreciated. Check in and out was very efficient and the staff were also very friendly and helpful

Family stayed here overnight and was very pleased with mostly everything. The only dissapointing thing is seeing dead fruit flies on the bathroom wall. Note to housekeeping.. room was cleaned but my gosh wash the walls in the bathroom..
