I booked it via their Web site which showed nice rooms, nice hotel, a lobby with a nice bar. The place is a dump. It is being gutted and being renovated. Outside walls are stripped, dirty hallways from workers walking around, no lobby just a dirty room they converted to a registration desk, no bar, fitness club and the pool...

Stayed here due to a hockey tournament booking. Drove up and immediately realized I'd stayed here before...a year or so previously. Hotel looked to be at about the same level of (de)construction only now even less functional. Pool was closed. Hotel lobby now moved to a hallway and the restaurant closed. Hotel had just seemed to change ownership yet all...

We needed an inexpensive hotel for a night on the road between Montreal and Niagara Falls. We booked the hotel based on price and pictures offered on the booking web site. I'm not sure when these pictures were taken or even if it was the same hotel, but they did not accurately describe the hotel. We pulled in late and...

We stayed here September 2016. The whole place was under construction. Some rooms were smoky. There was mold on the ceilings. The outside doors into the hotel were unlocked all the time. There was no lobby just a small check in room. You have to enter the side door and walk up to floor 2 or walk strait to first...

We stayed there last weekend for a car show with a group of 7. The place was under construction so outside looked terrible but the room was fine. The bed was comfy, shower was awesome and the location is really convenient. However, the staff were less than helpful and down right confused! We asked about breakfast and was told it...

We stayed just one night in this hotel, but found it to be very well run and a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious and the layout was very efficient. The breakfast was also in a large enough area for everyone to eat, and the selection was pancakes, fresh fruit, juice, eggs and salsa.

The furniture was worn. The beds were sunken. There was no fan in the restroom. The room was clean. The hallway was dark and had peeling wallpaper. The pool was nice but it had no hot tub. The outdoor pool had a tarp on it.

We booked hotel for a tournament stay and were not told of current construction affecting all parts of hotel - no outdoor pool, no hot tub and rooms were disgusting. Blood on curtains, stains on carpets, tub cracked and stains in sink! I wouldn't go there until way after construction. Wasn't worth $119 for sure! Also the pool attendant closed...

I was there last weekend (July 14-16). The site is undergoing renovations, which are always frustrating, but what earned the terrible rating was the lack of concern to help guests make the best of the situation by some of the staff.(The manager was a friendly guy, but never nearby when issues cropped up) There were literally cobwebs on the lamps...
