The location of this charming 200 year home couldn't be better, only a minutes walk to Queen Street. The hosts were charming and attentive and the breakfasts were excellent. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

Everything in a stay at Apple Tree B&B in NOTL is ravishing! The wonderful 1820 charming home, the extraodinary location close to main street NOTL, the easyness to go back and forth on the Niagara region and the most warm welcoming of the hosts Gail and Dave, their helpfull pointers on the region and, mostley, the delicious, generous and genuinely...

Stayed with Gail and Dave to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary. Absolutely amazing experience! Location was perfect - only a short walk to all that old town Niagara on the lake has to offer. Breakfast was original, thoughtful and delicious. Just completed a weekend stay at this beautiful 1820's home. Our Hosts Dave and Gale were both friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfasts were amazing!! BUT! the best aspect of this B&B to me is the location! Literally a 2 minute walk and you are in the heart of the town..kitty corner to the wonderful Olde Angel Inn Pub....

Thank you for your favorable comments about the breakfast because Gail puts a lot of effort into making good wholesome food that is both tasty and unique. She uses fresh herbs and serves fresh local products in season. We buy blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and peaches directly from the various growers in Niagara. And everyone enjoys the communal table where guests...

Staying @ Apple Tree in early June has become a tradition. Happy anticipation starts to build once the flowers are in bloom, and we head down the QEW to what feels like our second home. Gail takes pride in presenting great food on a beautifully set table so thanks for mentioning that. Fresh local fruit when available, fresh baked goods and followed by a hot breakfast creation. We picked this house for the location and its undeniable charm and we are happy to share it with travelers from around the world.

Great, giant bed; enough room to be comfortable; clean; lovely historic house; great hosts. Just a bit of squeaky floors, but then again the house has been around since the late 1880s. I'd love to own a house like that. Great hosts, delicious breakfast. Very good location.

Thanks for your nice comments. The house is actually circa 1820 and we think the squeaky floors add to the charm.
