Annette and Michael know how to treat a guest beyond the basic requirement. Their home is a joy to spend time in. The historical building and its contents give you a feeling of the time of history. Annette prepares a breakfast that is out of this world. I really appreciate the kindness that they offered. Conversation with Annette and Mike...

This is the place to stay in this quaint historic town. The house is filled with antiques, in every room and hall, all from the 1800s. The house was built in 1817 just after the town was burned in the war of 1812, so it is one of the most historic places. The Twynings are very welcoming, and be sure...

My husband and I celebrated out 15th anniversary at Twining House and everything was wonderful. Annette is a fantastic cook (the breakfasts could not be better), and she and Mike are friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. The inn attracts many repeat, interesting guests, making for great breakfast conversation. We stayed in the King George room on the second...

This Bed and Breakfast was far more delightful than it's depiction on the internet -- a wonderful surprise. The rooms are comfortable and appointed with the most luxurious linens, window and wall treatments. Breakfast is creative and beautifully presented and moreover, the breakfast table is shared by interesting and diverse fellow guests and the charming innkeepers. Truly enjoyable and the...

My husband surprised me with a get-away to Niagra-on-the-lake. I was very aprehensive about staying at a bed and breakfast, but as it turned out, this was an amazing experience. Annette and Mike were amazing and the food was beyond compare. Annette, very kindly upgraded our accomodation to their most lovely suite, with a private balconay and beautiful antiques. The...

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and really enjoyed it. Annette and Michael were excellent hosts, providing us with wonderfully decadent breakfasts, humorous entertaining stories, and friendly conversation. The room we stayed in was very clean, romantic, and very comfortable. We especially liked the roses. What a nice touch! The interior of the house has lots...

This beautiful, historic bed and breakfast features three-course gourmet breakfasts and amiable, interesting hosts. We felt comfortable, very welcome, and at home. The property is within easy walking distance of the theatres, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely like to return and we give the Annette Twining House our unqualified recommendation.

Stayed here for the 10th year and loved it again. Greatest location in Niagara on the Lake (1 block from shopping and Royal George Theater), beautiful and roomy with top of the line furnishings and wonderful gourmet breakfast. Didn't need to eat the rest of the day! Very comfortable and lovely rooms. Michael and Annette are so helpful and gracious....

Looks, Location & Lovely Hospitality....the Twining House (1818) has it all.....My hubby and I spent another lovely weekend at this beautiful B&B just recently. Annette & Mike are consistently the most gracious of hosts making us feel more like friends coming to stay for a weekend rather then paying guests. Hands down the food was fabulous once again - truly...

The Annette Twining House is a lovely house, situated less than a two-minutes walk from the mainstreet of Niagara on the Lake. Easy to find, easy to park (own premises). We (i.e 4 people) rented 2 suites (for 4 nights), each of them nicely furnished and well maintained. Booking was quite easy by using their own internetsite, although getting the...
