This was my first B&B experience and it was the best experience. Howard went out of his way to help arrange a romantic time with my girlfriend. The breakfast is just amazing the bedroom are great and comfy. The garden is the back is beautiful and its walking distance to the downtown core.

We returned last night from a three day stay at The Historic Lyons House and three plays at the Shaw Festival in Niagara on the Lake. The theater performances were extremely well done. At each play, the audience was so attentive, one could hear a pin drop. Our stay at the Lyons House matched our experience at the theater. The...

We had the great pleasure of celebrating our friend's 65th b-day at Historic Lyons House. The Bed & Breakfast is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast each morning was delicious, prepared with an artistic touch, and bursting with taste and colour. My favorites were the blueberry pancakes served with maple syrup and pecans :). After coming back from a day...

We are back from our 4th stay with Howie and Jolanta and the Historic Lyons House and will definitely return. The inn is well located -- on a quiet street but a short walk to shopping, restaurants and theater. Howie is a great host. He is accommodating and good company. The room is comfortable and we enjoyed each breakfast. Would...

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of visiting Lyons House on Valentines day. Upon arrival, our host Howard warmly welcomed us. He gave us a tour, explained how things worked and made us laugh! His and his wife's home is beautiful! Impeccably clean full of beautiful full of antiques - the chandelier in the dining room is to behold!...

I first have to start off by saying what a beautiful town!!!! I have never been to Niagara-on-the-Lake, but I fell in love with it. Howard and Jolanta Kudlats were so welcoming when we had arrived. Ruby the 3 legged cat was the most soft cat I have ever touched, she was so friendly that I really felt like I...

My wife and I have never been to a B&B before. Our stay at Lyons House was a wonderful experience. It has opened our eyes to the world of B&B. It very much created a desire to do this again. The only problem is that we feel like we have experienced the very best and anyplace else may be a...

This is a great B&B because of the owners and their attention to the needs of their guests. We have been staying here for our last eight visits to Niagara on the Lake and every visit is like returning home.

It was really great to return to the Lyons House. We checked in on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed a bottle of wine in their relaxing garden area out back. Howie and Yolanta keep the house immaculate and Room number 1 is very comfortable. The furnishings and artwork in the home are lovely. Howie is a great cook and we enjoyed...
