An excellent B&B, beautiful site, great hosts! The room and accommodations were exactly as advertised. the property is well laid out and quiet. Our hosts were most welcoming, and most helpful at providing recommendations for activities around Niagara. I would recommend this to anyone.

They are such good hostesses. We were served so wonderfully. I can't say enough of how well our first experience went. We just HAD to make another reservation in the Fall. Also looking forward at coming again in in 2018. I am so happy I found the haven. Do not hesitate to book your room at Carbonnel Bed & Breakfast....

All the wonderful reviews of this B&B are warranted! We stayed in the Alexandra Suite and were blown away by the garden view, comfortable King bed, high ceiling, and overall peacefulness of the property. There were many small touches that we appreciated (e.g. chocolates, wine vouchers, makeup towel/wipes, mouthwash, etc.). Janet and Guy are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating hosts....

My fiancee and I have stayed here twice, and both times have been incredibly impressed with the rooms, the bedding (softest sheets ever!) and cleanliness of the place. Additionally, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and varies day to day! Janet and Guy are just great, and have on both occasions helped us to make plans about what to see and...

Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake is about 6-8 minutes drive away; bear this in mind when planning your stay. However close to a lot of other great vineyards and wine tastings. Clean, comfortable rooms and breakfast was a creative culinary experience, every morning

This B&B was quite comfortable, the accommodations are a bit dated It was nice and quiet other than the fridge in the room, which was not really noisy but not a sound we were accustomed to. The breakfast was substantial and delicious Janet was very friendly and helpful

Nice experience. Friendly reception on arrival. Breakfast was very excellent - it consisted of several tasty courses and plenty of coffee. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The breakfast provided a nice environment in which to interact with other couples staying at the B&B and to be educated by the host and her husband about...

My husband and I stayed at Carbonnel B&B for two nights over the NYE weekend. Our hosts were wonderful--very engaging, very informative about NOTL and I thought their recommendations with their restaurant options and local wineries were great. You can tell that Janet and her husband actually check out most of the places they recommend. And the two mornings of...

Janet welcomed us right as we arrived. Showed us to our lovely room (Magnolia) which was a great size. A comfortable king sized bed (with welcome chocolates), lounge chairs, a vanity (which was perfect for me getting ready for NYE), large bathroom, and many items that I thought were incredibly thoughtful to add (sunscreen, umbrella, lots of toiletries including q-tips...
