Purchased a night's stay through WagJag. Listing the reasons we were not impressed: - We were promised a bottle of wine and chocolates ready at our room which was not there - The heating system did not work properly and as a result we were freezing all night. - The coupons given as part of the deal were all lame...

I really dislike writing negative reviews but after deep soul searching I believe that all travellers deserve to hear about both good and bad experiences. This place is nothing like what is portrayed in their deceptive listing. When we arrived we were dismayed to see that the building was largely covered in scaffolding and there were building materials all around...

We visit the Niagara Region at least once per year and this time we opted for a B & B. It was a good choice as this location has everything we were hoping for. The rooms was nicely decorated, the breakfast setting is tailored to the guest's liking, the balcony overlooking the Niagara River Gorge was private yet roomy enough...

Stayed here for two nights at the end of our stay when I found a Groupon including wine, chocolates and free wine tastings/tours. I wasn't expecting much from a B&B and I was pleasantly surprised. The house is so beautiful I wish we stayed here for an entire week! We had a king room that was recently renovated with a...

My partner and I usually don't do B&B's but the location of this place was too good to pass up. It is a five minute walk to the Falls, and all the other attractions in the Clifton Hill area. The room was comfortable enough. The 4 post bed felt really nice after a long day of walking. While we were...

This is our third B&B in Niagara and again we loved it ! We had a nice King room with a balcony and a wonderfully renovated bathroom. The accommodations and breakfast were excellent. Would certainly stay here again !

My husband and I visited the Manor back in February. We stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The manor is located just outside the "tourist area" of Niagara Falls, we were happy to walk to small distance (5-10 minutes walk) as the Manor is located in a nice, quiet area. The staff is very polite and helpful...

We had a wonderful time dispite the yuckie weather. The lovely young lady at the front desk was a complete joy even though she was running around trying to serve breakfast as well as dealing with people who were coming in and checking out. Her work ethic and happy demener was amazing. We also felt that the room was very...

My friend was visiting from out-of-town so we decided to spend a couple of nights in Niagara. We stayed in the Tesla Room which was very private and very clean. The bathroom is newly upgraded and really nice. There is lots of parking and the inn is walking distance to the falls and casino, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was first-rate....

Just got home and miss the place already. Loved the feel of Grandview, like being in someone's home. Far enough away from the touristy stuff to enjoy but a 10 minute walk gets you right you Clifton Hill. Niki was great and I'm confident we will be back.

Thank Matthew B
