booked this hotel on our Marriott reward points to try a different places apart from our usual spot when we visit here (Four Points Sheraton) and we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is recently updated (I've been told 4 years ago) but doesn't appear that long ago. Modern looking lobby. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff....

First of all, the room was nice though cold, the pool was adequate, breakfast buffet ok. But how service people resolve issues is truly a standard of how good they are, and this hotel has set up systems that make quick resolutions impossible. I lost something, and I think it would have been found when they cleaned the room. I...

We value your feedback and apologize for the issues you experienced. Lost and found items are logged for their safe keeping and locked in a secure environment. For control purposes, the Housekeeping Department is responsible for maintaining this department. With regards to the water shut off, there were necessary repairs required and notification was posted in the elevators, at front...

Hotel is clean, but very outdated. Quilts and towels discoloured and thin. Stayed over March break with hockey team for three nights during a snow storm/blizzard. Our team was well behaved, but yet we were threatened with team eviction, more than once, for no valid reason. All incidents have been reported to Marriot's head office. The team was stuck in the...

Thank you for your positive comments regarding housekeeping and the Keg. We're sorry about the various issues you experienced during your stay with us. Our pool is regularly monitored with readings for chlorine and pH levels that meet the Health Canada guidelines. Warnings are given based on calls received to our front desk. Our hotel policy is that one formal...

There was quite a bit of waiting for the elevators, and there were a lot of extra charges on the bill that felt dishonest (watch those taxes/fees - they don't tell you about them when you reserve, so be ready for it!) The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was super helpful. The cleaning staff was friendly!

Stayed here probably 5 or six times in the last 12 years. Property has remained consistent and because of that will be back again. Found a package on travel zoo which included weekends. Check in was personable and easy. Then the goodies and coupons. Dinner at the Keg is always good. Hate to pay for parking but Welcome to Niagara...

Tired rooms. Terrible TV channel availability. Issues with service in restaurant. Not what it used to be. Outrageous charge for outdoor parking. It's a great location but they need to up their game. I have stayed at this hotel several times but feel that quality has slipped.

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott by Niagara Falls from March 10 till 14th as a nice get-away vacation. Upon arrival, we got the paperwork done, cards to the room and a parking pass that was $14/day. We went to check up on our room, and it was room 606, which was unfortunately facing the city view. The view wasn't...

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Based on your review, it sounds like you had an enjoyable stay. During March Break our hotel is quite busy with a lot of families. If you are looking for more of a couples retreat, may we recommend that you come during the week when children are in school or or even a weekend...

I had meetings in Niagara Falls and decided to buy a Travelzoo package. Except for the confusion with what my Marriott account showed versus what I was actually billed things went extremely smoothly. Their breakfasts which are served in The Keg restaurant attached directly to the hotel were very good. Better than most other "breakfast included" hotels as you also...

We are currently sitting in our room at Courtyard Marriott Niagara Falls. Both myself and daughter in law have red marks all over our skin. It is burning and irritated. When we went to the hot tub this evening we noticed that the chlorine was too strong, we immediately brought it to the attention of the maintenance staff. He did...

We stayed at the courtyard when we were in Niagara Falls for a dance competition. We originally booked because the price was great and it had great reviews. I'm super picky so this was one of the acceptable ones to pick from. First the positives. Very clean hotel. Rooms were huge compared to others we've stayed at in Niagara. There...
