Staff were professional the room was old, bathroom was very old and needed an upgrade. No telephone in the room. The airConditioner's control buttons were broken had to improvise to get it working. The TV was old and not working very well. Outdoor pool was clean the indoor one was not appealing. Hot breakfast in a very small area with...

It's dirty, there's no wifi as advertised we ask why we couldn't get wifi in our room they told us to just stand in the lobby to get wifi. They were rude, when we asked a question. The TV didnt work.....it's so poor it should be shut down....doesn't pass the regulations.

My family and I were visiting the area when did some shopping for rooms thru Hotels.com. Found a three bed room that was normally $280 for $140. The hotel had a 2 star rating when looking on the website. The room had a lot of issues. The sheets were either stained or dirty it was hard to tell. The sheets...

Says there is an iron and ironing board, mini fridge - nothing. They didn't even have a garbage bin in the bathroom or room. Not bad as a last resort

I booked two rooms at this property through Hotwire for a rate of 95 dollars each (USD). From the time that I booked to the time that we arrived there, the property name had changed to 'Baymont Inn & Suites'. There are two hotels basically on the same property...there's the Baymont which you see first from the road and then...
