Positive: Nice and ultra spacious suites with full kitchen and separate bedrooms, friendly staff and service. Negative: The persistent bad odour (through out our 3 day stay) in the entry hall and elevator just spoiled it as we could not wait to get out to fresh air, room also did not smell fresh and the absolutely worst coffee ever served...

We selected a two bedroom apartment style suite with two king beds and a pullout, two bathrooms and kitchen ,living room and dining table. Three tv's. It was a perfect place for gathering with friends, and family after my daughters graduation. We brought champagne and cheese and crackers and cookies to share before our downtown dinner reservations. If we wanted to...

We stayed in a very roomy one bedroom corner suite, with wrap around windows in the living room/dining room with a chaise lounge style sofa, chair, desk, several end tables, and a kitched table with 4 chairs., a kitchen with full size icemaker fridge, cooktop and dishwasher, a small bathroom (off the hallway) and bedroom where a king sized bed...

Just returned from a three night stay at the Residence Inn in London, ON. Check in was fast and efficient - As a platinum elite guest I received an upgrade just by asking. The clerk was very courteous. The one bedroom was huge, clean, and modern. Good views. The room was very comfortable, and comes with a kitchen complete with...

We had a clean modern room. Kitchen had excellent appliances and utensils. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. On site parking is limited for larger vehicles but they do have parking across the street.

This is a condo design turned into a hotel. The rooms were large but a little odd. Had to go to a neighboring YMCA for a swim (pass provided thankfully). The breakfast had good waffles, and there were snacks in the evening.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott hotel. There were good aspects which I loved and then there were aspects which put a slight damper on our visit. Pros: - The BED! Luxurious!! The sheets were lovely, soft, clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the blackout curtains - Comfortable and warm furnishings in the suite...

For business travel, nothing beats a hotel that delivers solid, excellent service EVERY time you visit. The Residence Inn is one of those fabulous places to stay that takes the worry out of the accommodation part of travel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff are incredibly friendly. What more can I ask?

Booked this hotel for the long weekend to find that the hotel was very dated - the rooms had newer furniture but the walls and aura was very stuffy and musty. My husband's dust allergies kicked in and we had to get him allergy meds by the second night. To renovate it properly you need to get rid of the...

Stayed at this place for a night with my wife. Very clean with friendly staff. Their breakfast was excellent, which was included in the price. My only negative comment would be the $14.00 parking fee. But, pretty much all hotels charge this fee. You are fortunate if on the odd occasion it gets waived. Great place to stay if you...
