The price point on this hotel is decent and it's location is also good. The hotel is dated and the rooms are smallish. The wi-fi, though free, is horribly slow. I ended up tethering to my phone instead. The water in the tub didn't drain so as we used the shower the tub filled - not cool. Parking is outrageous...

It is definetly below the Canadian standards. Old furniture, dusty carpet, lack of basic needs in room. I wonder how they make reservation of rooms without wardrope. Even late check in, reported room ready. But very dirty. I don't think to stay again for future. Think, think, think againnn if you want to keep good feelings about Kingston.

Parking was ridiculous You can't park truck on site therefore you have to park across the street. We got a parking ticket even though we were able to fix this it was frustrating. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Poor food choices and tasteless McDonalds would have been more satisfying. The staff I believe are taught right away to deflect about all...

The staff at the front desk were rude and very unfriendly. Rooms were very dirty and alcohol bottles were along the hallways. Stained floors and wallpaper is peeling off. I had to be removed due to my bed having many stains. The pictures you see are NOT what you get. I can't stress to you how much I do not...

I was here for two nights during a business trip to Kingston. The location is excellent but everything else is not. The front of the hotel is not accessible and if you are disabled, the ramp is at the back of the hotel so it is very inconvenient. The hotel staff are not trained to be customer serviced oriented and...

Excellent location, however staff were not that friendly or helpful, breakfast does not have a lot of options, additional charge for overnight parking, very tight parking spaces and no elevator from P2 level., clean rooms, scummy hot tub water.

A very average hotel, but clean and well kept. Location is fantastic for the amount of money we paid. Everything in a short walking distance. Staff is super nice. let us check out late. Rooms were very average. nothing fancy. Breakfast not that great either

Rented a hotel room for 2 nights. Staff is very rude, don't even bother to say hi some of them won't even look at you. Room is filthy, old and bathroom curtains had brown stains on the bottom of them ... The beds were uncomfortable, if you do come here and you aren't able sleep on a very hard pillow,...

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that has no restaurant , no bar and staff that are not very customer friendly. The entire hotel needs a total facelift with cleaning of public areas a top priority. Chipped crockery in breakfast area, rubbish in lifts etc etc. Only good point is location in town. If you are...

Spent the first week of August here. The most impressive thing was that we all commented on how well we slept on our first night. Usually you need at least one night to get used to the bed but not here. Very comfortable, clean and close to everything. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was just what you needed...
