I stayed at Econo lodge while visiting Kingston for work. The rooms were very clean and the housekeepers would maintain that. The front desk staff were also very helpful and polite. Also for the price that I got the room at, made it a lot more worthwhile!

My husband & I booked this hotel August 20th, 2016. We wanted something closer to downtown Kingston as we were there to see Tragically Hip but nothing was available. With the help of Hotels.com, we booked one night not expecting too much but we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was fast, our room was clean, comfortable and loved that downtown...

Staid here 2 nights with 10 other people. Check in was a pleasure. Very clean rooms. Great continental breakfast. Motorcycle friendly. Highly recommend!!! Housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels, coffee & cups after first night. Went to front desk to ask about it. Very apologetic & received everything we asked for, delivered to room within 5 minutes.

We stayed at this location on a busy weekend (Labour Day) so the Internet access was impossible. Spent Saturday and even early Sunday trying to get online and never could. The staff were very friendly and explained that the system was just overloaded. If you are just there for vacation and they are busy it isn't a big deal, but...

After our (prepaid!!!) reservation at a competitor was not honoured, the Econo Lodge quickly, and compassionately provided us with a room for the 2 nights we would be in Kingston. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly, understanding, and accommodating. We explained what had happened at the other hotel and they expressed the same shock that we felt....

This motel is under going renovations. We were very happy with our stay here while staying in Kingston, Ontario. Our room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. They also included a continental breakfast. Yum, make your own waffles. Lots of choices for food, cereal, bread and spreads, fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, coffee, tea. They also had free wifi. Best of...

We took a motorcycle trip to Kingston to enjoy the Canada Day weekend festivities and, as it was a fairly last minute decision to go, we had very limited choices in accommodations. We ended up staying at the Econolodge City Centre and, quite frankly, even though it was a very simple place to stay, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Sure, many...

Hotel is rundown and in need of major repairs. Carpets are dirty, curtains were ripped and the room smelt bad. Seemed to be one of those hotels that people lived in, didn't feel safe. Save yourself the bother and go somewhere else!

It advertises newly renovated. I'm not sure what was newly renovated as this property is very much in need of repair. The room is very small. You can barely get past the bottom of the bed to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is very inconvenient, you almost have to sit sideways on the toilet because it is so close...
