Room was comfortable, clean, staff great. But breakfast for nearly $13 per person? Omelette was average, fruit nowhere near ripe, tea and coffee both served lukewarm - had to ask for reheated - even then it was poured in an ice cold cup. You need to step up your game!

A good combination of value, cleanliness and location. Bed is quite comfortable and the room/bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is a little wanting, but certainly not the staff anywhere in the hotel. Helpful and accommodating, they made the visit a pleasure.

Good breakfast and fairly friendly staff but it depended on who you asked on what answer you got. The biggest issue was no working pool for a group of young kids. Too bad as we selected our accommodation so the kids could swim

Good day carts2017, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on TripAdvisor regarding your recent stay with us. I do apologize that our pool and hot tub were out of order during your time with us. It seems that mechanical issues happen at the most inopportune times in hotels and with the holiday season in full swing...

Location was great, easy access to hotel. Staff knowledgable and friendly, eating area clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was what we expected. Downside is that the beds were very uncomfortable, you definitely need new beds! And the tv was not working properly. And please Replace paper cups with real mugs!

This hotel is a great example of a small Hilton. It is clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good and the Staff is great. The location is easy to get to. Larger Hiltons do not live up to the service and comfort. If you need a place in Burlington , it is great. .

Okay so it's a Hilton Garden Inn by the highway - if you like these hotels you know the drill - clean place - good beds - this is that. (Normally save TripAdvisor to give shoutouts to independents.) The reason for my review is that we checked in in the middle of the night (like 3am) on 12/16 to 12/17...

Had a terrible 4 night stay. Hardly slept because of the outside traffic noise's. Appears to be no sound insulation in walls and windows. There was no breakfast included in price. Hot tub was very foamy when it was turned on.

Recent business trip to Toronto brought me to area. I stay at multiple brand hotels in the Hilton family and Marriott family. I like the layout and amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms are always clean and fresh. Internet connections are reliable. Having food and bar on site is great. Food is usually very good.
