Spacious, clean and within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and things to do. Complimentary hot buffet breakfast was great-lots of choice. The only down side was not being able to reserve a parking spot- it's first come, first serve. Would definitely go back.

We love the residence inns and typically try to book them when we travel with our kids. They're not glamorous or flashy, but it's nice to feel kind of "at home" when you're trying to keep up a schedule. The room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom and full sized kitchen make them perfect for dealing with little ones, The...

A spacious, tastefully decorated, fully equipped suite that wants for nothing. For us it was just an overnighter, but we'd have been very happy with an extended stay. Included breakfast was well beyond the usual continental. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Definitely one we'll come back to.

We visited to move our son home and chose the Residence Inn due to amenities and proximity. From the time we arrived we felt welcomed and the staff went out of their way to respond to any questions or requests. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite due to the construction across the street but we were up early...

You can't beat the location, but the bed was absolutely horrible. My wife and I stayed there on a weekend and overall, we liked the hotel. It is well run, really great staff, quiet room and a great location, but the bed was overly hard and it transmitted ever single movement either of us made, completely disrupting sleep for both...

Thank you TDHLAW for your feedback. I am sorry to see that what should have been a great stay for you and your wife was so greatly affected by the bed in your suite. I can certainly understand how this disturbance to your night's rest can colour your overall opinion of your stay and I do apologize for this. Thank...

We stayed for two weeknights in March and really enjoyed our entire experience. Check in was fast and simple, the parking was well explained and I liked having an assigned space for the entire stay (not that my car moved - everything is so close!), and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was...

This hotel is located very centrally, whether your travelling on business or personal. The kitchenettes are a great addition so you can bring the conforts of home with you. The staff are helpful, friendly and always available. The breakfast is a great way to start your day and has enough variety that you won't get stuck with the same thing...

Residence Inn is situated near many restaurants plus Neptune Theatre. The Central Library is a short walk. The parking is easy to access, underground and heated. There is a cost of $19, which is pretty well the going rate for parking in Halifax. Staff was generous with their time and very helpful. The room was comfortable, with blackout curtains which...

Lovely room. Very spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly. Check in was painless. Had a good night's sleep. Perfect location for a night out on the town with my wife. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 days on a business trip and quite enjoyed it. Very clean and well-kept business, helpful staff, nice breakfast and Mon/Tues grill/greet on the main floor. Basement garage is very handy and will steam up your glasses after coming in from the cold! There are two roll up doors actuated with your room card from the outside...
