Nice and clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Good price too. Close to the airport and stores, checkout is 11:00 so you can sleep in. Budget motel well worth the cost. Right in the middle between Glace Bay and Sydney, I stay there whenever I go to Cape Breton.

Great price although very basic. Really clean. Comfortable bed. However no AC and it was very warm during our stay.Close to the airport which was important for us. Staff were friendly even in the middle of the night.

The motel is pretty basic but it is very clean and comfortable and the owners work hard to ensure you have everything you need. The rooms have been updated with new bathrooms, carpets and paint. Most of the rooms have kitchenettes and there is a guest laundry. We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a cycling trip...

Although the accommodation was clean and affordable we should have checked to see if they had AC - they don't and on a scorching few days it was unbearable. They did lend us a small electric fan but it made little difference. Another drawback on this accommodation NO Fridge, NO micro, NO coffee maker. Very basic through and through.

After a nightmarish camping trip that ended with a flooded tent we checked in here to dry off and enjoy a hot shower. It exceeded our expectations for such a reasonable price! The rooms were clean and comfortable which is all we wanted, the staff was kind and courteous. We'd stay again for sure!

I stayed here for a month in the summer and I found it to be a pleasent experience. The staff were very efficient and carinf, often going out of their way to accomodate. The rooms were clean and comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep and a feeling of well being.

No air conditioning; no fans. We had to leave the windows open in order for us to breathe! We had to then close the windows because of the noise - cars & motorcycles racing down the road; people outside talking loudly (past 11:30pm - they are supposed to observe a "quiet time" starting at 11:00pm). The bed had 2 very...

The motel is easy to find and the kitchenette is a real boon. I was able to cook some vegetables - a real rare treat when travelling.

I was travelling due to a death in the family, and had a limited budget for hotels. The value for the room is great. It was just large enough to ensure I didn't feel closed in, and very clean. The furntiture is very reminiscent of a bed&breakfast rather than a hotel. My only negative was I do hang up my...

This is the perfect location if you just want somewhere to sleep before catching a flight in the morning. There is no restaurant, no food, the room is old, I was worried about bed bugs. Seemed fine. We survived. It was nice and cheap for just a one night sleep.
