Susan is a great host in this heritage home. The beds and linens are the finest with new bathroom facilities. We always have the Totten room which overlooks the Bay of Funday. The breakfasts are creative and delicious. "BOB & ILSE"

This is a gem for NS travellers, with a 1st class service and a breakfast to keep you going all day. The rooms where amazing! with views from the front bedrooms just the same. Having stayed in a number of B&B's around NS this was one of the best with a great host, along with being close to everything that...

My wife and I stayed at The Bailey House early in November, 2010. We were looking forward to getting off the highway after a long drive during a wet and windy day. Bailey House was just what we needed. We received a warm and friendly greeting from Susan, the owner. This historic home is beautiful outside and in. Every comfort...

I live in Annapolis Royal in the summer in my husband's family home, but it was being painted last week when I had to come to town on business from Ottawa, so I booked a room at the Bailey House, where I have never before stayed. I arrived in wild weather, practically soaking wet, and chose the Marm Bailey room...

My husband and I stayed at bailey House for 3 nights. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Suzan, our host, was gracious, accommodating, and the most wonderful chef. Our breakfasts we excellent and delicious. Despite the rain we enjoyed our evenings of conversation and relaxation. I would recommend this B&B to anyone travelling to Annapolis Royal.

We spent 2 nights here and the B&B is wonderful. The location in Annapolisy Royal is terrific - very convenient to everything and the best view of the changing tides from the front of the B&B while sipping a glass of wine - compliments of Suzanne the inn-keeper. The house is beautifully maintained and the rooms large and comfortable with...

Of all the B&B's I've been to the Bailey House is my favourite and consequently I've stayed here half a dozen times or more. Suzan, our hostess, was as always, charming, friendly and helpful. (The fact that she makes excellent breakfasts is just a bonus) The newly opened Coach House, which I stayed in most recently is large, with two...

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay with Suzan at The Bailey House and were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful location and beautiful decor of this very old building. Suzan was very gracious although we were somewhat concerned that we were doing something wrong by checking in at all. You can tell how much she loves her home and the...

The Bailey House was exceptionally clean, with wonderful beds and new modern bath rooms. Suzane was so helpful in arranging dinner reservations, a whale watching tour and made us feel so at home. Her attention to detail exceeds most b and b's. I hope to make another trip to Annapolis Royal in the future and of course I will return...
