These cabins are in a beautiful setting right on the river. They are clean and the price is definitely right. We only stayed one night but would definitely be a comfortable longer stay with everything you need.

I have stayed at these cottages many times in the past 10 years and I would highly reccomend them. Everything you need is there and is close to the town of Shelburne . After 10 days doing a driving tour of NS, I arrived at the cottages. I had done some camping, a B&b, and a big hotel in Halifax, lots of driving, and many ocean adventures. It was an unexpected relief to my soul to spend some time along the beautiful river, and settle in to the comfy cabin! Unfortunately, I had...

We only stayed there one night and that was our mistake because this is a great spot to visit on the South shore and I wish we had of scheduled to stay longer. Would recommend to anyone travelling the south shore of NS. The cabins were spotless, have new heat pump (air conditioning), and beautiful front porches to sit out...

Great cottage. Clean, quiet, a well-equipped kitchen & friendly, accommodating staff. I've stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. The cottage is cozy and the outside setting by the river is very peaceful and relaxing. The location is great for exploring the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Highly recommended. My friends and I used this cottage as our...

Stayed here for 3 nights while doing a 4-day course at the Shelburne NSCC. Really nice cottages with a great view of the nearby river. Very quiet at night, nice campfire area to relax around. Don't stay here if you want to be right in downtown Shelburne, though. I would stay here again!

We had an amazing cottage overlooking the river with everything we needed for a great stay (3 nights total). Beds were comfortable and it was very close to town. Charlene wan incredible host - and even lent us her car to run into town to get food when our own car was having trouble starting!

We loved everything about our stay. The river was what drew us there. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Loved the covered deck and being able to bbq in Feb. Bed was super comfy and the thick blankets a treat . Living area was huge and well laid out. You could have a dance party in the bathroom....

I tucked in here after a meeting to get off the 103 in a snow and ice storm. I called from the road, they were open and the host left the cottage unlocked for me. I was cold having worked outside most of the day, the cottage was reasonably warm and electric baseboard heat and a mini-split brought it up...

This was my second trip here, Last time I stayed 1 night and this time 2 nights. This isn't one of those places with million dollar furniture but thats the true beauty. I felt so at home here. The cottage is fully equipped and I do mean fully, it was ready for someone to move in. You won't believe this...
