Not quite what I expected (it's split across more than one house), but very clean, well organized and great food. Ann, the owner, is very friendly. Will definitely come back if we're in St. John's again!

Very Nice place and centrally located in St. John's. Walking distance to everything or close to bus stops. Clean and nicely kept B&B. Breakfast was hot and amazing and plentiful. Corner store was walking distance. Waterfront walking distance. Pubs bars walking distance

A nice, quiet room well situated in downtown St. Johns. The host was very accommodating and provided wonderful breakfasts. There's a comfortable second floor lounge/kitchen/breakfast area. Good spot to stay.

The room we stayed in had a queen bed and a single bed, with a private bathroom.
