I have been a client of the spa for many many years. i have taken advantage of their hotel, staying there a number of times, but more recently going to a massage therapist. My last appointment with the massage therapist was in April of this year and I have tried so many times to call back and re-book -- no... More

The first room had no remote or towels . The reception then moved us to a different room and the TV was not working. I think they may be short on staff as every time the receptionist was the one doing all the running around. The room 206 was oddly planned out . Both beds were facing each other, and... More

We had a king room, which came complete with electric fireplace and jacuzzi bath. The room was large and private and very quiet. There was a fridge in the room. The internet connection was very good. The window looked onto the spa building but bushes obscured the view, which added to privacy. There is a large parking lot, and parking... More

Rooms are spacious with top-notch mattresses. It's so nice to stay somewhere that's truly quiet--it was a surprise when we heard other guests at all! Some of the furnishings are getting marked up, which seems to happen quickly with dark brown finishes, but everything is very clean, and staff are genuinely friendly. The hotel is close to downtown, but easy... More

Visited the spa today to finally use my Christmas gift certificate. I had an amazing experience. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who led me to the changing area where I was given a robe and a cover, there was a locked locker there for me to put my belongings in. The change area had a beautiful bathroom area... More

Stayed for two nights and the hotel was so quiet that we thought it was almost empty. Turns out it was quite full - sound insulation between rooms and floors must be very good. We had a ground floor King room which was very spacious. Comfortable bed although I didn't find the pillows very comfortable. A fair walking distance into... More

My boyfriend and I spent a night in one of the jacuzzi suites. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay, the tub was great and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've had at a hotel! Will definitely be back again.

Several times been going to have pedicure done, free parking, availability of refreshing lemon water while waiting, nice knowing your the only one who uses and gets to keep your nail polish at the end of your treatment. Each time we go,there's a different experience and armosphere that we find lasts in our memory.

We stayed in the rooms that were not attached to the main building. I don't know if the rooms in the main building are nicer but they can't be any worse. When we opened the door, the room smelled of mould. There were no windows to open to let fresh air in and it didn't have an air exchanger. The... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the king jacuzzi suite last night and I must say we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious.
