If you are looking for something modern don't go, but if you enjoy old world its for you. We stayed one night and our room was very comfortable and so was the bed, lots of antiques. There is no tea and coffee in the room, but the meal in their restaurant made up for it. The owners are obviously very...

I have been to Marshlands many times over the past 35 years. I am very sad to see that little effort has been made to keep it current. It seems to be riding on its laurels with poor service and tired looking decor. The woman who waited on us seemed to be an owner...she should have known better than to...

If you're looking for modern amenities, give this hotel a miss. Our room was beautiful and welcoming and the beds were comfortable (although noisy every time I rolled). There was no A/C so we had the window open and noise from the street made for a restless night. I can go without a TV but Coffee in the room would...

We do not usually stay at country inns but chose this one so that we could enjoy its excellent restaurant for dinner. Our room was on the second floor and overlooked Bridge Street on one side. It was very quiet. I found the bed quite high but very comfortable. The room did not have a TV but the Wi-Fi service...

The Marshlands is an historic Inn in an historic community. The owners really strive for excellence. The menu is diverse enough for about any taste and the portions are above and beyond. Worth the drive from Moncton (35 minutes) for a very special treat. We were there for the dining only so we cannot report on the accommodations but the...

This is not a bad B&B, but needs some redecoration. It is a shame that this Inn is so cluttered with nic nacs, as I think if they were do reduce the clutter, it is a beautiful home with some nice rooms. Although, one of the people I was travelling with, their room had the toilet just close to the...

The accommodations are great as are the bed(#34 -honeymoon), pillows and facilities we noted: - very quiet - excellent towels and linens - some rooms may be smallish - walk to Sackville's fantastic dining nightlife - if you need to be entertained by your host in order to qualify your B&B experience then Barry is not your man Haven't stayed...

Marshlands Inn is Beautiful Historic Charming and warm. There is an old fashion feel, With Antique furnishings in main house which we stayed. There is also a Luxury Room named the Queen Room. Which In fact Queen Elizabeth the Second has stayed in during one of her visit's. While my husband and I were there we had a Dinning experience...

This is a charming inn where we had stayed many years ago. We booked through Booking.com for a queen room but when we got there we were told that the only room left was 2 single beds. After some discussion, we took the room at a discount and free breakfast. They were short-staffed due to illness and errors were made....

I write this only to suggest improvements. After spending the night in the carriage house which was clean and comfortable, we ventured to the dining room for brunch. Since times were not posted in our room, we had no idea when breakfast started or ended. While waiting to be seated, we were told that breakfast was over at 9:30 and...
