We truly enjoyed our stay and visit with Linda. Lovely house, clean and professional, great bed, the signature french toast breakfast was fantastic, and a wonderful hostess too. Lucy, Linda's elderly golden retriever was a delight as well.

It was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was delicious, rooms very clean, owner extremely personal, friendly and helpful. The establishment is more like a home. The age of the house and other guests from other countries gives a European feel. Guests are not segregated at different tables but seated at one large graceful dining table. I liked that as it promoted...

Linda greeted us at the door and it was the start of a wonderful stay. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Linda had good advice about where to dine and there is a great brewpub within walking distance. Just seeing the Tidal Bore was worth the trip.

Downtown B&B is a positive experience! If you like a friendly, homely, clean and comfortable B&B, this is for you. Linda is an excellent hostess who tries very hard to meet your needs and make you exactly the breakfast you want! Its not a 4 star business hotel, but its good value and a great choice to stay. Very convenient...

I have stayed with Linda at the Downtown B&B many times. In fact, I've stayed so many times while travelling for business that I've come to think of Room 4 as "my bedroom"! However, I had always wanted to stay in the loft with my better half for a romantic retreat and finally we were able to make that happen....

I stayed at the B&B for three nights. Beautiful house! The room was very clean, bright and airy. Bathroom was shared, but there are two between four rooms (loft has its own), and spotlessly clean. Also a shared sunroom. Great location, just a few minutes walk from main street (with great bars and restaurants - also good vegetarian restaurant just...

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. The owner is very friendly and makes everyone feel at home. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are tasty and filling. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times, on business and on Legs For Literacy weekends. The location is perfect for anyone who needs to be near downtown, yet the price is so much more affordable than a hotel! Linda is warm and welcoming, her coffee powers me up on a cold morning, and her breakfasts are amazing. The house is lovely,...

We wanted to go out on the town and could not have been in a better location for it. Within stumbling distance to downtown. Linda was super nice and loved to chat. There was a cat and dog both fairly lazy in the morning time. Small room atleast the we were in. but enough to go back to and sleep...
