Their idea of an accessible room is a low toilet and one bar in the bathtub. I asked for a shower chair, it was delivered in disassembled and still in the box! Stairs everywhere and no elevator. How are they allowed to do that? I had dinner in the restaurant, it was edible, service was good.

Thank you for your review. We are sympathetic to your situation, yet we have not promoted a fully equipped accessible room, only a room accessible by wheelchair. Perhaps if certain equipment is crucial to the comfort or ease of your stay, you might want to call the hotel you are going to stay and ask some questions. Thank you and...

This hotel is just not fit to sleep in! Upon arriving the smell was awful but we thought well maybe something went wrong and stank out the reception area. We decided to give it a chance. Maybe the rooms were fine. NOT! The sheets were blood stained and what I can assume urine stains in both beds. Promptly walked out...

Thank you for your comments. Our hotel has won awards for cleanliness and quality. We take pride in providing clean, comfortable rooms. If there was a problem with your room, you should have mentioned it immediately to the front desk. We would have been happy to resolve any concerns while you were here. Have a great day.

This is a reasonable location if one wants to go back downtown and experience the city's life and other tourist attractions. The hotel's quality was felt by us as adequate to the money we spent. There could've been an improvement in planning in arrangement of furniture in otherwise sizable and recently renovated room.

I always stay there when I go to wpg, the staff knows me already. The rooms are clean and the lobby is clean. But the breakfast needs to be better.
