By far the best ski/snowboarding resort I've been to. Well thought out infrastructure, just pure fun. Get ready to feel like an kid and don't hold back. There's something for everyone even low budget folks like us. Never thought my dream to go to whistler will never come true, but it did. Truly magical.

difficult to find this place in the night as there is no signboard on the main road. they had an outdoor pool but it was too cold. bathroom door did not lock or even close properly. no breakfast. no lift, had to drag my bag up the stairs. room did not have air conditioning, only a standing fan near the...

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and ready to assist. Our room was quiet, overlooking the pool & BBQ area, so good for us. Lovely lake walks at the doorstep and a quieter shopping area at creekside. Good spot.

Greeted bud the manager at the hotel who dropped everything she was doing to help us check in early and at no extra cost. Very polite and helpful throughout our whole trip. Room was great very large and clean. Close to everything and the pool was an added bonus. I would defiantly stay here again.

We booked a 2 night stay online @ $120 per night our email confirmation said check in was at 4pm, on arrival reception was closed & we telephoned the phone number set out on the door to be given instructions to receive the room key & front door code. After we retuned from dinner the noise started, first it sounded...

I stayed here for a winter season and on and off during summer. By far the most affordable location within 10 minutes walk of the gondola and 5 from a regular bus stop to the village. Bus ride is 5-10minutes to Whistler Village. Big hot tub, sauna, safe ski/bike storage new barbeques, great outdoor pool area and more renovations in...

I'm writing this review because they deserve it. I've stayed a couple times. If you're wanting good five star room service and in-room dining this is not for you. Go to the Four Seasons and pay for yourself to spend 70% of your stay in your room to be spoilt. What it is, is great. I've got friendly welcoming, helpful...

We stayed at the Whistler Resort and Club. We had what is called a one bedroom suite. It sleeps 4 people. A very nice setup: Upon entering the suite, you enter into a small hallway enough for your skies and such. From here their are two doors. One leading to the bedroom with full bath and the other to the...

I was a bit worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews below. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The place is certainly not run-down as other reviewers have suggested, it's just that the decor is simple and slightly dated (ex. unfinished wood paneling in the hallways, very '70s looking bathroom counter). There is NOT a...

The Bates Motel of Whistler! While being an older property, there is no excuse for stained, holy sheets and blankets - and bugs in the bed. The lighting in the unit was so dark that you could barely see the stained, gross carpet. The sliding closet doors were off their tracks which made using the closet impossible. The synthetic blankets...
