The hotel was clean and well managed. We arrived at 9am and they let us check into our room which made getting ready to ski so much better! The free breakfast is nothing special but fantastic for a quick meal before hitting the slopes. Also, the walls are remarkably soundproof. There was a large group staying in the room next...

Thank you for your TripAdvisor posting, unlike many hotels if rooms are available earlier than check-in time we are more than happy to let you in. What we really want is for travellers to Whistler to go away with positive experiences, I'm glad we were a part of yours, All the best, Jim

We stayed here Dec 11-21st and had a great experience. This is one of the few hotels left in whistler that still offers an inclusive breakfast (buffet - toast/cereal/eggs/fruit) and it's excellent value. Further the location is great, a five minute walk to the base of the village gondola. We booked in Sept and paid less than $100 a night...

This hotel was considerably less expensive than all the other Whistler Village hotels, yet offered clean rooms, good service, adequate amenities and free breakfast. The hotel lobby area is also a nice place to relax at night and we had fun playing chess in the lobby.

Thank you very much for your comments, we do have a terrific location and what we believe is a fair price. I'm happy that you enjoyed our complimentary continental breakfast served daily. With best regards, Jim

This hotel is small, but cozy and the price of it was very affordable. The front desk staff and maintenance staff were all friendly and did their best to ensure that our stay was pleasant. The rooms are very clean and well kept, but the carpet could be changed as it looks pretty old. Breakfast was complimentary and there was...

It didn't cost a lot, so I probably shouldn't be complaining much, but it's the dead of winter and my room is freezing so Yeah I'm gonna vent. Had I paid more than $105/night I would have been infuriated, however, Listel Hotel really does a great job of bringing the 'cheap hotel' vibe to a 5-star resort destination. Juxtaposed between...

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on TripAdvisor. I am sorry to read that we clearly did not meet your expectations on this trip. You are correct in that we do offer very competitive rates in a very expensive area, that said we most certainly did fall short of our own service targets by your description....

Second stay here. I will return again. The rooms are reasonably priced for the location. Staff is well trained and I had a pleasant stay. No room service but lots of restaurants within walking distance. Hot tub too small for size of hotel.

The location is excellent and the hotel it self is very nice and clean for a 3 star hotel. Our only complaint seems to be the same as everyone else, on Friday and Saturday night we were woken up at least 6 times a night. The reasons are people leaving hotels and bars are loud and you can hear everything...

Thank you for your comments. Yes noise is an issue on weekends we have a number of restaurants and clubs in the vicinity. Whistler is very much a great ski resort, but sometimes that comes with a young and at times noisy clientele throughout the village. I would suggest on your next visit that you request a room on the...

Stayed over a Saturday night. They turn their restaurant in to a night club, and if your stay on the 2nd floor, all you hear is the booming of bass from the club. It finally ends about 2 am. You will not get a nights sleep. Rooms are dated, mattresses need replacing.

Thank you for your review. I'm happy to see that you found the Value, Location, Cleanliness and Service to your liking; but I am sorry and do apologize for the noise from the Bearfoot Bistro, although it's not a nightclub, it is a very popular restaurant and can be loud. We are currently in the process of replacing all of...

It's not good by any stretch, but it's clean and well located. Room price includes breakfast which is good (your regular run of the mill cold buffet). Parking is $18 p/n. Room I had was near the reception on the ground floor, noise from the Bearfoot Bistro was quite loud and disturbing on a Saturday night. I'd recommend the hotel...

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I can certainly agree with your assessment that the hotel may not be the best choice for a romantic getaway or a young family. I would suggest on future stays (and I hope there is future stay) that you request a room on the back of the hotel and away...

I like the location! It's walking distance to take the lift to ski. And the service of the front desk was great! Everyone is friendly and they help you store the ski gear and bring them out whenever you needed.
