The Summit Lodge gave us and our dog a perfect home away from home in Whistler. We had a great third floor room overlooking the pool where we could watch the snow fall from the small balcony. Everyone on staff, from the registration desk to the housekeeping crew, was welcoming, friendly, informative and relaxed. The hotel amenities encourage guests to...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I've stayed at Summit for years now, and keep coming back because the staff are so exceptional. Everyone at this hotel does their upmost to ensure you have an incredible stay. The lobby is gorgeous..modern, clean and welcoming. The rooms are large, beautifully decorated, and have everything you need. The soaps in the bathroom are reason enough to stay! The...

Memorable and great trip up to Whistler for the opening week. We arrived late Friday night but was greeted by Chris at the front desk with a warm smile. He was very helpful and provided us with clear instructions on where to park our vehicle. Andrea the front desk manager suggested a King Deluxe for the 5 of us and...

We came up for opening day and had a ball! We stayed in the summit as always and we were very impressed! They have renovated the rooms again and they are looking marvelous. James was fantastic setting up our reservation and Courtney was lovely on check-in. Mark was great in the shuttle and the snow was amazing!! Loved the hot...

Amazing experience at the spa. Loved how they were so welcoming. The place also sets a very relaxing mood as you come in the spa with the fresh aroma, This experience really took my stress away. Special Thanks to Julie, who accommodated me at the spa. Norma Pescador

Very nice hotel, the room was great. It had a kitchenette attached to the room. Village is right across from the hotel doors, parking is secured and gated underground. Only downside to the hotel is that when we stayed I think they were renovating and getting ready for winter season so a lot of furniture in the hallway but other...

I LOVE how pooch friendly Summit is! They love dogs. Service was exceptional. Hotel is quaint and friendly with great location. We'll definitely stay here again. Its not the Fairmont, but I'm happy they know that and don't pretend.

426hanse, I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our little hotel. We try our best to stand out and not to pretend to be a big chain like the Fairmont, we much prefer our personal boutique style! I do hope you and your four legged friend will come join us again, the season is off to a great start snow...

Great hotel in the heart of the village. Parking is not free, but is in a secure parking lot and gets added to your room bill. Room was lovely with a kitchenette for use, although we didn't use ours. Our room didn't have a great view but it did have a lovely fire in the wall, so could be really...

Very good hotel in beautiful surroundings! Rooms are spacious, facilities are abundant and the service is very good. I had an issue with my credit card payment (an amount was double deducted) and in the end it was solved by the hotel with an apology and even an reimbursement to compensate the inconvenience. Great service and very much appreciated!

Stayed here one night during off/shoulder season and it was great. As with many of the hotels in the area, they were making renovations during the low season but no inconvenience experienced. Reception upgraded our booking to a king suite, didn't even have to ask! Location is perfect, close to the village promenade but not so close as to be...
