We have no idea about hotels in Victoria so we did my own research and decided on Oswego. We originally booked a one bedroom suite for the 4 of us for 2 nights but upon checked in, we asked if we can get a room on a higher floor. They offered us a penthouse suite with 2 bedrooms at a...

Room, location and staff were excellent, the only disappointment was the breakfast. We wanted pancakes and were told the kitchen had ran out of them due to a supplier issue, the other breakfast options were over priced and disappointing. Apart from this we really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay again and go to the Jam Café (10 minutes...

We are so pleased that you enjoyed our location and also amenities within the hotel. We do offer many Gluten Free options for our guests in the O Bistro. When we work with a supplier and for any reason we feel that their product is not 100% perfect, we will not pass this onto the guest. Unfortunately, this was a...

We stayed here a few years ago and decided to stay again on our return trip to Victoria. It is still a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable and the staff are great. We ate in the restaurant this time and the food was good and the dining room was cozy (and quiet). Easy walk downtown....

We arrived on a late evening on June 11 with my 2 children and husband. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We loved the hotel feel, décor and the one bedroom with kitchenette and balcony was really just perfect for us. It had all we needed and even a great view of the bay. I would seriously recommend this...

Stayed 3 days in early summer at Oswego, Victoria BC. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful - the room was beautiful with a working balcony and view of the inner harbor. It was 3 minutes walk to Clipper dock, and 5 minutes to all tourist activities and shopping. Large bath comfortable enough for two - with provided terry robes...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us and we are pleased that you enjoyed the hotel. I will pass on your comments to the hard working Oswego team. Our bistro has been very busy in recent weeks. In early Spring we re-launched the bistro with a new team, new menu and new...

This hotel was in a great location for people who are on foot like we were, closely situated to the town and also to the scenic marine walk which we did some of one night. The rooms were fab, clean, modern and spacious, with a kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourselves in the room, even had a dishwasher...

We were very pleased with this hotel and only sorry that our stay was for only one night. The hotel was extremely well located, the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The room was very comfortable and the Bistro excellent.

Thank you for your lovely review. We are thrilled that you loved the property, staff and also our O Bistro. Our patio is open now for the summer in the O Bistro and perhaps on your next visit you might take in live jazz on each Wednesday night. Brunch is also served seven days a week and dinner from 4pm...
