The room was sufficient for a family of four. The hotel is approx. 20 minute easy walk to the heart of Victoria. There is also parking available (no extra charge). The hotel could use a bit updating or refreshing but the rooms are comfortable. Wifi is a tad slow.

This is a nice hotel. Nothing outstanding but still a good place to stay. Each room has a kitchenette including a stove top which is unusual. It's a small hotel located walking distance (if you don't mind a mile or so walk) to some nice local places such as the Empress Hotel and good shopping. There are a few things...

Don't judge the outside look of the Hotel. This is a newly renovated hotel! The room was well appointed and very clean. We realy like the Kurig. The only concern! We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, we had to ask for daily clean towels, and we had to empty our garbage...the cleaning people were not emptying them on...

This hotel was a little farther out of downtown than I would have liked, but we still could walk. Clean rooms, central air, great beds and nice staff:). The only real negative was a shower that went from scalding hot to ice cold several times during showers!

Excellent location (yes, a little far to walk to the Harbour) - on bus route or quick cab/drive to anywhere downtown. Friendly staff; clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Safe parking situation. Quaint onsite bar plus a fun poolside bar/restaurant. You can't beat the price and value. I was hesitant to leave this review because I don't want others to know about...

The hotel was clean excellent value and nice customer service. Breakfast were very good. Only drawback was the sofa beds had seen better days. We were 5 so there was no end end of fighting as to who would sleep on the bed as opposed to the sofabed. Would definitely go there again.

Just got back from a 2 night stay at this hotel. It is located on the outskirts of the downtown core, so a little bit of a run down area. The hotel is exactly 1.3 km away from the harbour area. It is getting built up with new condos all around, so it will probably be a better area soon....

We purchased a night stay at our granddaughters silent auction and thought we new the motel and what to expect, a very mid level clean dated facility we had a pleasant surprise! The whole hotel has been updated with a unique for Victoria outdoor deck with a pool complete with pool side bar, pool side food delivery, palm trees, flowers...

The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. Those are always my 2 main priorities. It was just a bit old and the overall appearance is dated and seems run down. The bathroom wasn't totally clean, the room service didn't show up until after 6:30 pm one night, and the location isn't quite as central as I'd initially thought....

I arrived at the Capital City Center Hotel on 6/27/16 and departed on 7/10/16. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The room layout, the beds, the staff, the availability of washer and dryer, the restaurant, the outside pool area, the bar, wi-fi availability ALL added up to an AMAZING stay! Did I mention the staff? They made...
