The hotel has obviously had a recent upgrade. It was nice, clean and I was satisfied with it. Beds were comfortable and the proximity to downtown was good. It isn't right in the middle of things, but just a short walk. I did like that it had the kitchenette. The pool was under renovations when we went and we didn't...

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance to the main town with parking and this fit the bill. The rooms have recently been renovated and the beds were really comfy and the rooms quiet. We had a room with 2 queen beds and our friends had an upgraded room with a king bed and a kitchenette...

Within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, this hotel has updated rooms at affordable prices. Bonus, free parking in their lot across the street! Great location if you are seeing a show at the Save On centre. On site restaurant but we didn't try. Very clean rooms and efficient check in and out services. Was even upgraded to a...

Newly renovatefd rooms with comfortable beds and crisp, fresh linens. it was nice to be able to brew our own Keurig coffee and tes each morning. We kept our beverages chilled in the compact fridge and could reheat yummy leftovers in the microwave for a nice late night snack. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Chinatyown, Victoria Harbour, Parliament...

This hotel was good for what we needed. It's an older hotel that's been remodeled. The bathroom was small and needed a better remodel. The room smelled very clean to us which was great. The bath towels were too small and barely wrapped around us. Only 3 blocks to Chinatown and a mile to downtown by the Empress Hotel. Good...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean compact we always stay in the kitchenettes as we like to cook some meals there and the amenities are adequate. If you wish to stay there is a nice quiet bar plus they do have a small restaurant and the food is OK.

Kitchenette was well equipped; kettle; toaster; hob; microwave; crockery; cutlery and cooking equipment. Beds Comfy, the room was spacious. Really nice coffee in the rooms. Pool was in a very odd location, on one side is a bar/lounge that had loads of old men there, which is really uncomfortable, on the other side is the breakfast room/restaurant. The welcome we...

I've been to Victoria on multiple occasions and have stayed in different hotels each time. this one was my least favourite. The rooms are quite small and narrow and no air-conditioning but it did have a kitchenette which was nice for when we wanted to food and eat in. Being that it was small and that I am a bit...

Close to downtown, this older hotel has been nicely updated. Clean comfortable rooms, comfy beds & a lovely little lounge. I didn't try the restaurant for breakfast, though. I have stayed here 3 times & would stay again. Free Parking, too!
